Our reservation was easy to make on line. Upon arrival, everything was in order and our space ready. This is an older campground but it was clean and well kept. The traffic lanes can be tight, particularly for larger rigs that are towing. With that said, it’s still doable. Be sure to preplan your routing as it’s not very well signed when approaching from I25. Definitely would stay here again!

The staff was exceptional! The grounds were well kept, bathrooms clean, laundry open 24/7 and a sweet lobby for gift ideas and necessities.���

Mostly Satisfactory, did have problems with signing for breakfast a couple of times (did not receive breakfast once).

Very quiet and clean. Nice level site. Nice, clean showers. The female employee at the front desk was a treasure. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning prepared by the same employee. Will stay here if we are passing that way again.

Great park to stay at. Enjoyed a morning walk, then took advantage of the park's breakfast offering. The very nice lady that prepared the breakfast was great to talk to and cooked a magnificent breakfast. The pool closed the day before we got there, but we were staying for only one night and didn't affect us, as we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. The RV site was serviceable, well cared for.

Old and run down. Needs maintenance and updating. Lousy site with zero water pressure. Would not stay here or recommend again.

With regard to the water pressure, was it possible that you didn't pull the valve-lever all the way back to open up the water? Had you asked the front desk about it we could have addressed the issue quickly.

Staff was very friendly, location is convenient to I-25 and far enough away to be quiet too. Enjoyed our breakfast, eggs, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes....carried us through the day. Will definitely stay here again when we are passing close to this area. .

Nice layout. Managers were helpful and breakfast was really good. Grounds were kept but way too many stickers in grass. Mgt told us of the problem when we arrived

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry about the stickers....We tell people where they can take walks on our trails and avoid them on the Park's 24 acres. The higher elevations of the Park have none and are shaded. The cool weather that's occurring stops their growth and we are able to get ahead of the problem.

This KOA is more of a campground than an RV park environment. Wonderful shade trees. The campsites are gravel and fairly level. I would have stayed longer if I had not already reserved my next nights' stay while traveling west.

Easy to get to. Right off the highway. We were just passing through but found out about the homemade breakfast in the morning. $8 you get chili and bacon hashbrowns, cheesey eggs, vanilla cinnamon pancakes and sausage links. Tammy makes a killer breakfast. Only issue - goat heads all over. My dog was miserable.

This is our second time to stay there. We love the location, close to the town of Las Vegas, and not far from Santa Fe. The owner and people that work there always make us feel welcome.

Just stopped by for an overnight. Check in was easy. Site was clean and level. Hook ups were adequate for my rig (50A, 2 sewer lines.) The only thing keeping this from being a 5 is the lack of grass and the burrs is the grass they have.

No internet to speak of. Owner said he would refund us one day, but that has not happened. Almost no tv signal. The site was very good and private. To be fair,the owner said the parts for WFI were on order

I apologize the one day refund was not processed and is now complete. We do not have cable tv so you have to rely on your own antenna system. And yes we are in the process of upgrading the wifi but have to rely on the cable company and when they can install them. Thanks for your feedback.

The scenery was nice, the sites are too small for extended stay. The most welcoming was the friendly man that checked us in. He’s a wonderful representative of the campground!

Loved it! Clean gravel sites with beautiful view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great showers with hot water! And this KOA features the option of a delicious breakfast!

A very pleasant campground. The owners are as nice as could be! I enjoyed the hiking trail around the perimeter of the property. It's about .6 miles long. I'd gladly stay here again.

Our stay was great. The site is very cleans and well kept. Our RV slide broke when we tried to leave so we had to extend our stay and the staff worked through the reservation and work out for us to stay in out current spot. During a very stressful situation, they were so kind and accommodating.

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.
