Great place as always, nice breakfast and great staff! Clean bathrooms, level sites, and well kept. We stay for the weekend to visit with family attending the local university and it is only minutes from town yet nice and quiet!

The site was not very level. The morning breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and the staff was very nice.

Super. Clean restroom/showers. Great 2night stay. Kinda overpriced in my opinion. Manager told me they jacked up prices due to balloon festival in ABQ.

Nice park. SUSAN WAS WONDERFUL. Her $8 breakfast was great! Coffee, orange juice, eggs with Mexican cheese, sausage, pancakes with cinnamon and vanilla, tortillas, hash browns with a “505” peppers. Water is gravity fed so pressure is somewhat low

The staff was amazing! Billy was tons of help and Tammy prepared a delicious breakfast. The uneven terrain is hard to walk on but everything worked well. Convenient location.

This has quickly become my favorite KOA! The gift shop is the BEST. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. The site was gravel and a little uneven, but it wasn't bad. The pull-through was easy. We were helpfully guided to our site. The dog play area was nice. We had a good walk along the road. It's a scenic area. WiFi worked! A FABULOUS breakfast! Definitely 5 stars! We'll be back!

We booked 2 days and after getting there we wanted to extend 2 more days. They were accommodating and we were able to extend. Friendly staff, clean facilities a unique location. We would recommend staying there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and found the site clean and well kept. We were welcomed warmly and found our site easily. The wifi worked wonderfully, probably the best of the KOAs we have stayed at !

Nice park, great staff, but no water pressure. Water literally dripped out of the faucet. Ownership is aware, but cannot get any more water tanks installed. Site was very nice, in trees, etc, but trees were not trimmed and scraped on the top of my coach and we could not use our awning. Also, the water was installed on the opposite side from the pedestal/drain. Hope they make some changes soon

We liked this park very much…..the park’s location and the quality of our stay turned our 1 night visit into a 4 night stay! Restrooms were always clean, showers were okay…hot water and good pressure. The staff was excellent everytime we had contact with them! Breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice, quaint, and very good! We will be coming back for certain! We drive a Van….very

For a koa it could use a little upkeep. Was nice they offer breakfast and all personnel were very friendly. Was nice to be in a forest like setting. Trees needed some trimming. Some of the spaces needed a little grooming. Tight maneuvering around.

There is always a friendly smile when I arrive, The (optional $) breakfast is a great way to start your day, whether you’re heading to town or on your way to your next destination ! The bathroom /shower area is always clean and pleasant! I stop every time we travel through ! Thank You !!

Some of the spots are difficult to get into due to terrain. Otherwise location is good, staff very friendly and they have an awesome breakfast.

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast, pretty campground, dated bathrooms but very clean. But, wifi worked but there was no internet!! Part of the reason we chose KOA was to get internet. Very disappointing!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for the nice comments. If there is ever an internet problem on our side we have a cell tower On the Property that you can get internet for all major carriers. Our Wifi firm just installed new access points on our 10 telephone poles in the park. We're waiting for them to install the last 2

Rough, unpaved road and minimal signage getting to the campground. Very low water pressure - even without a regulator. Lost power for several hours overnight. The worst experience at a KOA we've ever had.

A very pleasant campground. The owners are as nice as could be! I enjoyed the hiking trail around the perimeter of the property. It's about .6 miles long. I'd gladly stay here again.

Our stay was great. The site is very cleans and well kept. Our RV slide broke when we tried to leave so we had to extend our stay and the staff worked through the reservation and work out for us to stay in out current spot. During a very stressful situation, they were so kind and accommodating.

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.
