We love the pine trees and the quietness of the sites. The staff is always very helpful. I always call to make my reservation, that way I can pick the sites that I like best.

Water pressure at 20 lbs. is too low for a highly rated RV campground. Should be at least 45 lbs. Thank you.

I have never seen a reading that low in the front row, and we check it with customers weekly. Could it have been that you didn't pull the lever all the way back on the frost-free spigot. Manager

Nice little dog park. Great breakfast and friendly hosts. Unique campsites with a pretty setting. Bathrooms were clean. Enjoyed our two nights.

Great place to stop on our last leg of our trip home. We will most likely stay here again since we travel to and from Arizona frequently. The owner even came out to assist with water pressure issue on our site.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The bfast area was charming and convenient. The artwork and gift shop were well stocked and very NM. The grounds were clean and well kept.

We stayed on 2 separate occasions. One was just after a snow storm in Las Vegas, NM. The team at KOA kept us informed of the weather conditions, and accommodated our needs by having a spot open for us when we needed it.

Very muddy. Should not charge $8.00 for breakfast

Thank you for your concerns. We had 31 inches of snow, so yes it will be a bit muddy once the snow melts. The $8.00 breakfast is at or below cost. You get a full breakfast buffet. Not many places you can get a full breakfast at that cost.

The camp grounds were covered in black gravel, when it’s snowing or raining it is quite dirty. The camp employees were fabulous and the breakfast was a nice treat! I think it would be a great place to visit in the summer.

Great stop over spot. This is a no frills campground with the essentials. We have a 42’ 5th wheel with 5 slides and a long bed tow vehicle. Our pull thru site accommodated us nicely. We woke up to snow! Staff provided a ladder so we could clear off slide toppers. Very accommodating! We got on our way b4 the heavy snows shut down the highway. Would use again.

They allowed us to check in early (about 10:45 AM and waived the early check in fee of $10.00. We reserved a site for a 30 ft rv with a toad. The site was not level enough for the length of our arrangement. We had to hook up our toad a half mile down the road. It was quiet and convenient to Las Vegas.

Freindly staff greeted us. Informed us of the nights possible freezing temperatures. Ask us to top up our water tank as a precaution. Very helpful information. Nice dog park . We only stayed the one night but did enjoy our time there. Highly recommend. Oh and they do a hot breakfast.

We were on our way home from a 3 week RV trip. The campground was located near I25 but we didn't hear any traffic. The breakfast offered was also homemade and a delicious treat. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Only concern/comment pertains to the showers/restrooms... my husband and I both had issues with water temps during our showers. It literally would fluctuate without warning to scalding hot/ bitter cold many times during the shower, and due to the size of the stalls, a person is literally pinned in while this happened. While I don't think any permanent damage was done to our skin, not good!!!

Beautiful location. Easy on/off highway. Sites are set amongst trees, with hillside vistas. Staff is great. Only LIMFAC, water pressure.

Overall a good campground. My only complaint is the cats inside the office area on the counter where breakfast food is being served. And to see a cat drinking out of the Orange Juice pitcher at breakfast.

Thank you for your feedback. We only have one cat that stays in the office. We understand your concern and will do better. Although I have never seen a cat drink orange juice, it should never be on the table and usually is not.

Such friendly staff, and the lady ( Sorry, I can’t remember her name �), made us a wonderful breakfast. This is a very nice campground, although if you stay in one of the first sites like site 1 or 2, you will get whiff of the dump station smell. A very pleasant campground. The owners are as nice as could be! I enjoyed the hiking trail around the perimeter of the property. It's about .6 miles long. I'd gladly stay here again.

Our stay was great. The site is very cleans and well kept. Our RV slide broke when we tried to leave so we had to extend our stay and the staff worked through the reservation and work out for us to stay in out current spot. During a very stressful situation, they were so kind and accommodating.

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.
