Staff very friendly and helpful Only issue was lack of water pressure

We always tell our guests before check in that a handful of upper elevation sites may require the use our water but your rig's pump. We've already taken the first step of bringing the electricity to the pressure booster location.

Pull thru site was only partially level. Our connected tow car sat at about a 45 degree angle. Wish the reservation desk would have suggested unhooking our tow car before entering our “pull thru” site.

Nice KOA. Gravel roads & pads. Large enough for a 45’ RV towing a full size PU. Hookups are located correctly for a MH. Offer a nice buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. Staff is friendly & helpful.

OK, if it doesn't rain...WiFi g I escout & RV sites look like rivers. Disconnecting sewer covered in rocks, sand, mud....yuck. Not on my list. Nice people, but not a 75 dollar stay.

Sorry for the inconveniences....I guess you didn't know that the Albuq International Balloon Fiesta was on during your stay. It fills up all the RV Parks in the State which was why your rate was slightly increased....The rain here is why everybody loves the climate and greenery in this City.

We were there for only 1 night. What I saw, the owner takes great pride in keeping the RV park clean. He was very hospitable and engaging with his arrival’s. We also enjoyed there breakfast, great way to start the morning!

Place is the worst! Safety issues with electrical chord within feet of water hookup. Narrow, not level sites. Entry road and camp roads are VERY rough, unkempt. Staff blamed county. SHOULD NOT HAVE KOA NAME! Do not go there!

We have a BEAUTIFUL mountain area campground. It is not a paved parking lot. The entry road IS a county road, its paved, a little bumpy but only 1/2 MILE. "Electrical Cord near water hookup" is a common winter heating strip on the water pipe. These are common in the mountains, but new to some people

Easy access off the interstate and ability to leave trailer hooked up to vehicle in front of our cabin. The staff was very courteous and helpful with great communication. Will definitely stay here again if needed and refer others.

Sorry but for the price I could accept the poorly maintained roads and grounds, but 18 psi water pressure does not meet my definition of full hookups. Won’t be back.

The Las Vegas KOA is nice campground with lots of trees and spacious camp sites. They have a great breakfast. Our hostess, Susan, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. My wife and I are sure to visit the Las Vegas KOA in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere gives you a sense of being out in the wilderness with the town just 10 minutes away. Place is nicely kept, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will be back. Quick note: there is an old fashion movie drive in theater in town. Made the trip special with our grandchildren. Dress warm in the cooler months. Take chairs. Sit on the bed of your truck. Have fun.

First, the good parts: The employees were very nice and Verizon was REALLY fast in the part. Overall, the park is old, rundown, not pleasant to stay at. Lots of highway noise, the owner has a lot of barking dogs in a kennel, there is essentially no water pressure so you'll need to fill your fresh tank for a few hours so you have water, and tons of goathead burrs.

The campground was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views as you park your RV up the side of a small hill. We were there on a Sunday so we were able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet. The girl in the office was pleasant and helpful. The store was small but well stocked.

It’s a great stop, close to I-25in Las Vegas , NM. THEY OFFER A REASONABLY priced hot breakfast also! I’ve had a pull thru site every time I’ve been there, so we didn’t meet to hitch up again in the morning! The showers were hot and the bathroom was spotless ! THANK YOU!

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA!! The owner personally introduced himself and showed us the new walking trail created at the campground...we loved it! Campground is great, very well kept, quiet, level site, plenty of room, and great amenities!!! We'll be back in the future...thank you!!

Nice location. In general, seemed old and somewhat rundown compared to other KOA's. Appeared to be quite a few long term campers in the full hookup sites. Our water pressure was very low, fluctuating between 10-20 psi, and it was quite expensive for a water and electric site. Has the potential to be a really nice park, just needs some work.

Was very nice,clean and very friendly. The only draw backs was the water pressure there,very low. Other then that great place would stay there again no problem.

We loved the location! It was away from a highway surrounded by a forest, so peaceful. The place is old and a little worn down. Our suite was huge with a picnic table and swing! The bathrooms/showers were very clean. Susan at the front desk was so welcoming. She even made breakfast for all the quests one morning, delicious! We probably would not stay a week, but one or two days is just fine.

I love this unique KOA. it’s not cookie cutter. It winds around the natural trees on the hillside. The restroom/showers are vintage and spotless. The water pressure was variable, but it was wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast room needs a wipe down (crumbs from the day before on the tables?), a sweep, and a mop. the cat hair on the folded t-shirts turned off this allergic person.

Hosts were friendly. Water pressure was poor. You are told on their brochure that it is best to fill your tank to use your pump. Breakfast served for 8 dollars was good. Pool was clean. Road getting back to entrance was paved but very bumpy. Gravel interior roads, sites. Site was level. We had shade up on one of the hill sites but there are some open sites. Big rigs fit. They had gravel to spread

Sorry about your water pressure; a couple of sites up higher in the trees do have lower pressure. You just use our water and your pump to increase pressure. Sites are treed, longer and wider....The majority of sites which are lower do have adequate pressure.

Nice park, very friendly staff. Would stay there again. Only negative comment is the road coming in & out of the park is extremely rough.

The County road that leads to the Campground is only 0.5 mile long and was recently chip sealed.

A very pleasant campground. The owners are as nice as could be! I enjoyed the hiking trail around the perimeter of the property. It's about .6 miles long. I'd gladly stay here again.

Our stay was great. The site is very cleans and well kept. Our RV slide broke when we tried to leave so we had to extend our stay and the staff worked through the reservation and work out for us to stay in out current spot. During a very stressful situation, they were so kind and accommodating.

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.
