The customer service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care, they went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Very friendly, also. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The whole experience was excellent, we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and friendly staff. Low water pressure and goat heads. Also dog run poop containers were in desperate need of emptying.

That's for the complements....With regard to the water pressure, your site does not have low pressure. Either you didn't pull the lever all the way back on your faucet, or your pressure regulator was restricting flow.

Great folks running the campground. We were served a great breakfast. Very quiet and perfect surroundings for taking walks.

Lovely setting among the foothills of the Rockies. Good facilities but it seems like they are a little behind in upkeep and maintenance. It may be that recent storms kept these projects from happening to be fair. The dog park needs a size and condition upgrade.

Quiet but close to the highway. Great place to stop while traveling. Facility is older but clean. Staff is attentive.

The personnal was very nice, the campground clean. The hookups were good as well. The showers for a 6.3 feet man are a challenge, but with some goodwill ok.

Road leading to park was horrible. Inside roads and RV pads on different levels which made backing your truck up to connect with fifth wheel a little challenging.

Near zero water pressure. You pay for full hookup and you get no water.

Preposterous. The site has 31 PSI. We could have been filling the pool for a couple of hours for the Memorial day weekend. I am wondering if you had a pressure regulator on (we recommend removing them). Or your water spigot lever was not open all the way. Had you let us know we could have helped.

Nice pool but 1) site was so unlevel I had to put blocks under front wheels; 2) stepped out our door & fell down a slope; 3) laundry room was dirty & stunk; 4) water pressure was only 22 psi - they even recommended we use our pump because the pressure was so low 5) front desk was only open 4 or 5 hours so NO HELP!

1st stay at a KOA.. it was awesome. Well maintained, exceptionally friendly staff and a great breakfast was offered. I was very pleased.definately going to be on my list of places to return to.

One of 2 ONE-night’s stay to break up a 10+hours’ drive to East Austin KOA Holiday. Not long enough to offer more than stated. The stop was for our safety AND to take advantage of the many perks KOA offers

Nice for one night layover. Small shower stalls but CLEAN, nice water pressure and plenty of hot water!!! Need to fix locks on stall doors. Not all sites level. Easy on off interstate access. Beautiful view!

Very friendly staff, and a special thanks to Billy who gave us a great site to park our van. Park has lots of trees, our space was level and private. Bathrooms were very clean, showers has good water pressure. Would stay here again.

Super service certainly one of the most beautiful KOAs nested in the hills of New Mexico. I stayed at on the road trip. Had a great breakfast served up by our host. The “Kabin” was in good shape and clean upon arrival and had a useful AC and heater.

Nice laundry facilities, friendly staff. Breakfast is offered for a low cost. Not a lot of choices to walk a dog, the field at entrance apparently is visited by cows so you have to watch where you walk. Sites pretty level.

Thank you for your nice comments....With regard to trails to walk dogs, we have at least a one-quarter mile of internal trails away from campers, a 55-acre field next door and a half-mile trail across from that.

We were only here for an overnight, but it was well worth it! Friendly check-in and loving the swing at our site. We had a great nights sleep and the breakfast in the morning that we purchased was Excellent!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were assigned space #1. It couldn't have been better! The site was very spacious with picnic table, grill and porch swing. It was like a patio site. I am on crutches/walker with a bad hip and this spot was closest to office for the great breakfast buffet. Couldn't have been better! Thank you!

Super nice young lady at check in, they have a cat to greet you at the office. Rock pull through, mostly level, picnic table with wind shelter. Water pressure seems a little low but works fine. Quiet stop.

We are passing through and decided to stay two nights. The park is well maintained, friendly staff, bathrooms are clean with hot water, nice amenities, good dog fences park, there is a great trail to walk with your dog and the breakfast they make for a small price was really good! We are enjoying our stay here and would definitely come back!
