Lovely, quiet and well maintained campground. Different than most KOA’s in that it was wooded and spacious. Great hosts too.

Stayed July 3-6, 2024. This place is perfect! It’s beautiful and the owners make you feel right at home. We were in one of the sites right at the road, yes we could hear the traffic but wasn’t so bad that it affected our stay. Bring it is a Journey we didn’t expect it to have as many activities as it did. I would come back any day and have already recommended to others! Way to go Dave and

Our first impression as we pulled into this campground is that it was very clean and well put together. Even though the office was closed, the staff still assisted us on bringing us back to our campsite to show us exactly where it was so there was no confusion.We stayed here on July 4 weekend. There were not too many children besides my own too and let me tell you the staff was Accommodating.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make their campers feel special. We really enjoyed the location as it was a few minutes from all the local attractions and activities while still being in a quiet and safe environment.

Most of the pull throughs are near the road which even though I was told you can't really hear anything, we did. It was loud. The pull-throughs are also close to the reception house and there was constant noise. I was told that there was a complaint that my dogs barked too much but what do you expect when there are people constantly going in the store, parking, kids playing basketball, etc.

The facilities seem to be well maintained and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. A cable tv system would be excellent.

Nous étions près de la route mais à part à quelques reprises cela n'était pas trop dérangeant. Nous voyagons avec un véhicule électrique et nous avons été déçus de ne pas pouvoir recharger sur place. Beautiful campground. VERY rustic within a dense pine forest. Very limited onsite amenities outside a small pool. Close to state road but at least 15 minutes from the interstate and 25 to grocery, gym, etc. Family run and they could not be more kind and accommodating.

We loved our site #38! would try #39 next time. We enjoyed the quiet of the camp. Look forward to the new bathroom being completed. Thanks for a wonderful place and stay.

This is our all time favorite campground! The beauty of a state park with all of the amenities of private campground! The owners have really made this an incredible experience. We can’t say enough about how much we love this place and the staff!

We arrived late without a reservation and even if the office was closed, the lady leaving her work turned around and came back to welcome us and helped us. Such an awesome customer service! This KOA is beautiful, quiet, lots of big trees and lots of space between sites. We will be back!

Lots of trees and private campsite. The owners, Dave and Tammy, could not have been nicer or more helpful. On top of all that they serve the entire campground a wonderful Father's Day Breakfast. Great things to do within a 30 mile radius.

We have been all over the United States and rarely give a KOA a perfect score, but this one deserves it! The owners are awesome, they are working very hard to make improvements to this lovely KOA campground. It’s a quiet, relaxing place to stay while not too far from the busyness of Lake George. The campground is clean and well-maintained.

Absolutely no complaints. Nicely maintained campground. Lots of shaded sites, many with gravel pads. Staff was very friendly. They even came around to make sure we weren't using water when they had to repair a small leak. We'll definitely recommend and return to this campground if visiting lake George area. Only 10-15 minutes from the village in a nice quiet setting.
