The best KOA we’ve stayed at. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is friendly and polite. This KOA truly makes you feel like you’re in the woods. We loved it and will definitely come back.

The family that runs the campground were great. Spent much time talking to them. The sites were spread out without being on top of each other which gave some private area. The fire pits were perfect, the were the right size and also looked good. Don't change them. Lots of trees which gave good shade in the hot days. Don't make any changes just to make changes. Will definitely stay again.

Bathroom facilities were very clean, the sites were large, and there was a nice walking path to a pond! We'd definitely go again!

We had a great two night stay. The cabin and bathrooms were both very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent 12 nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. The grounds are kept clean, and the owners and all the staff are so very nice and most helpful. Kendra is a wonderful young lady, and I enjoyed her company very much. We had a good time feeding the squirrels and chipmunks. She let me put my nuts wherever I wanted to. A must stay for us when we are in the area and can't wait to go back! Close to fun!

The cabin we stayed in was in poor condition. I was not aware of the different tiers of KOA before booking. I will likely avoid Journey in the future.

This was a very nice campground. The hosts were wonderful Kendra and her grandpa couldn't be nicer. It was very clean and the campsites were very nice. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was super friendly and made our stay fun. The only issue we had was that our site was recently renovated and sandy which made for a messy site with the rain we got. Still would go back to this KOA. WAY better than the Pigeonforge KOA.

We so enjoyed our cabin stay! We were adequately separated from the other campers and the restroom/showers were nearly immaculate. The tree canopy kept us cooler despite the heat and humidity and our dogs were exhausted by the space to roam and fresh air. We will return next year!! TY

From reserving over the phone, to checking in, till leaving everything was excellent. Site was about as level as you can ask for, a small but very important item. Office is well staffed and stocked with all the basics. Property is well cared for. Fire rings with brick around them for looks and keeping them from being moved is a nice touch. We will be back if the need arises.

We stay at the Lake George/Saratoga KOA a few times every year. We have been going there since 2016. They have made many improvements in the last few years. The only thing I think they need is better WiFi for streaming. We were at site #1. Nice site. Great spot to walk my dog around. We will be returning in August and October this year.

Very disappointed in the TV wi FI even though the campsite was pretty much empty. Very little service. The campground otherwise was great!!

A beautiful KOA park. Tall pines, lots of shade, large sites, and lovely washrooms with showers. The store was well stocked and the staff helpful and friendly.

The site was very well done. Love all the pine forest around the site. The bathroom/shower facilities were excellent. I came down sick and the people here were very accommodating.

This was our second time staying here and everything was wonderful . The owners are staff are terrific and really make you feel very welcome . The campground is very wooded and the spots have lots of room . The owners are constantly improving and adding things to this campground. We will be back again for sure .

Absolutely loved it. Great staff. Felt like family. Peaceful, quiet, clean. We stayed in a cabin 24. And was very happy with the site not being too close to the next. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Our cabin was the perfect location for us, close to the pool and playground. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff were all kind and funny! We really enjoyed the activities offered on site.

Absolutely no complaints. Nicely maintained campground. Lots of shaded sites, many with gravel pads. Staff was very friendly. They even came around to make sure we weren't using water when they had to repair a small leak. We'll definitely recommend and return to this campground if visiting lake George area. Only 10-15 minutes from the village in a nice quiet setting.
