The Lafayette KOA is our go to campground when we just want to get away. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The campsites are very clean and long as we have a 36’ motorhome. We highly recommend the Lafayette KOA.

Just stopped for one night on our way home from a long trip. The park was very nice although the round about getting to it was confusing. The site was clean and level and the park was well maintained. The WiFi was not up to expectations but all in all a good place to stay.

Great campground that we visit often. It is close to a lot of wonderful restaurants, stores and gas stations. We don’t use the restrooms often, but when we do they are very clean. All of the employees we have been in contact with are friendly and courteous. There is a little road noise if you are in the older section, but it is not noticeable if you are running an a/c fan or heater.

Easy access from I-10. Site was level and bathrooms and showers were clean. Road noise is loud, as well ans acorns falling from the trees hitting the metal picnic tables and camper roof.

Super friendly staff. Made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. We had issues with our slide and it took some time to get it back in the next morning. They were very considerate and did not charge us for leaving late. ��

Good management nice and responsive...site 151 dump is backed up so after staying only one night, trying to dump, the drain was backed up showing neglect of the sewer lines...heads up on that as it lead me from a 5 to a 3 star review having that blow out spill out right when trying to leave in the morning. glad it was only some grey water

1 night on our way to Rockport, TX the Lady at the front desk (Rae) was super nice and helpful. It was nice that she was from my home state of Michigan

Great loaction, right in Cajun County. Amenities and staff were great. Campground is older but well maintained.

We just stayed one night 11/24, and loved everything about this KOA. Level concrete pads, clean wonderful shower building, well maintained property, beautiful lake sites and cabins on the lake. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, nicely stocked general store and great rates. We will be back in April for a longer visit.

Very friendly staff clean. Only overnighter but would defiantly like a vaca there. Paddle boats and and a pool. Looked like a good place to take kids.

Overall we had a pleasant stay for one night (except for the mosquito truck who showed up at 10pm). Our site cement pad was clean, patio clean and the surrounding landscape was immaculate.

Lafayette KOA is one of the best spots we have visited. The campground is very well kept, the workers were very kind and the atmosphere was so serene. We will definitely stay again and again and again.

This was a great midway point for us to stop before continuing our journey. We stayed in newer area away from freeway. Billy's Cajun food is walkable so we got boudin and cracklings. Delicious! Bathrooms were adequate and clean. Kids will like the lake. They had grass at our site which is allot easier on rock or dirt cleanup. Very nice desk personnel. Easy access to I-10 freeway.

Beautiful, clean park with an pond, even though it’s older. It’s easily accessible off of I 10 and next to one of the best Boudin places we know. It will be one of our favorite stopping points from now on when we are heading east from Texas.

Easy access, good signing, ample space, beautiful view with the lake. We didn’t enjoy any activity because stayed only for a night, but it is a camp that we plan coming back.

We stayed in the newer section and were very pleased with the size of the sites and the easy in and out. The grounds are beautiful and the staff quite friendly. We were only there overnight and did not take advantage of the amenities they had. Would definitely stay again.

Easy on and off I 10. Friendly staff. Couldn't access our satellite due to trees. Found it difficult to sleep due to hwy noise. But park had plenty of things for children t9 play on.

Nice staff, the pull thru fhu sites on the back side of the lake were long, level and had nice grass on both sides. Only stayed for one nite but would go back here again.

This is one our very favorite parks with the exception of the proximity to the interstate, but that just can’t be helped. It makes it convenient, but then there’s the road noise. However, we still rate this park at the top of our list! The people are great, can’t beat Louisiana food, and we usually catch fish!

First time visitors. Spent one night here, while passing through the area. Sites at the very back have concrete pads, reasonable spacing and are fairly level. Utilities worked as expected. Although this facility is quite close to the interstate, the back sites are reasonably quiet. While walking, we noticed the sites at the front are quite noisy. Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. Location is very convenient from the interstate. As long as we could secure a site at the back, we would definitely stay again.

This place was great! We stayed overnight on our way through Louisiana. They have new paved pull-through sites “in the back” which are very nice. This place gets super dark and super quiet at night - just what we needed between 2 days of driving! The office staff were super friendly and helpful. This is our new Louisiana overnight stop!
