What a lovely RV park. We stayed in the new section where it had the porch and the swing next to the lake. there was also a good amount of room between the spots which made it feel more private. It was by FAR our favorite park we stayed in on our trip and would love to return again. The office staff were so sweet.

My request for an end site was ignored. Many empty sites yet they rv's side by side instead of leaving space between campers. Claimed to have many, many cable TV channels.........never able to even connect to the cable. Supposedly had multiple wi-fi connections...........signal on all of them was so weak it was impossible to even use the system. Won't be staying here again.

Excellent staff, facilities are above expectation. Lot’s to see in the area…Avery Island for Tobasco tours and stuff. Jefferson Island, and many great places to eat and shop for Cajun food.

Professional and friendly staff. Easy check in. Site was long but narrow. Excellent location. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. There is some road noise from I-10. We will return.

We stay frequently at the Lafayette /Scott KOA when we are in the area. Staff is always nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. Management and staff are super friendly and accommodating. We had an issue this past Fourth of July with a loud neighbor. We informed the staff and they promptly called security to quiet them down. We always have a great time when we stay. The sites are well kept and the amenities are abundant. The WiFi is strong all over the park too. Great job kim and Duane

Staff was the friendliest, most helpful I have encountered in my 20 years of motorhoming. Had some problems, and they went way above & beyond to help. Can't say enough about how much that meant to me.

Staff are kind and accommodating. Our slot was in the new section behind the lake. Lovely grounds, roomy level sites, but FAR away from laundry and bathrooms.

Uneventful stay. Site 141 was great and close to the bath house as requested. Registration associate was very pleasant. No problems whatsoever!

We made our reservation on line for a pull thru spot. Arrived to find out that our spot would not hold our class A towing. We had all the requirements in our profile, 45'/towing. The front desk said they where full, except for the expensive patio, so we opted for that. The next morning as we left, we noticed that the park was far from being full. Nice wide sites. A lot of people spending just one night. We stayed 2 nights. A bit of noise from I-10, but not terrible. Sites nice and level. Nice to have the patio, table & chairs, fire pit, and swing seat. All staff was helpful and friendly. Only issue we had is that the sewer is uphill from the concrete pad. Even the hose rack on the ground was too low. Not a deal breaker.

We paid more for a better site & it was good. My husband liked fishing in the pond. It’s extremely noisy day & night due to interstate traffic & traffic from the exit nearby. Also loud train noise during the night. Location to Lafayette is good. OK for just an overnight stay when traveling.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in the Lafayette KOA! It sure is a beautiful park. The staff was very nice as we were checking in after a very long day of being on the road! The park was very well kept up. We will definitely stay there again!

The office staff is very profession, helpful, and friendly. When we are in the Lafayette area we always camp here. Sites on the back side of the lake are big rig friendly, easy in and out of pull throughs and back ins. Bathroom and showers are always nice and clean.

First time visitors. Spent one night here, while passing through the area. Sites at the very back have concrete pads, reasonable spacing and are fairly level. Utilities worked as expected. Although this facility is quite close to the interstate, the back sites are reasonably quiet. While walking, we noticed the sites at the front are quite noisy. Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. Location is very convenient from the interstate. As long as we could secure a site at the back, we would definitely stay again.

This place was great! We stayed overnight on our way through Louisiana. They have new paved pull-through sites “in the back” which are very nice. This place gets super dark and super quiet at night - just what we needed between 2 days of driving! The office staff were super friendly and helpful. This is our new Louisiana overnight stop!
