Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Very clean , well stocked deluxe cabin. Nice park amenities. Wish we had planned more than just one night.

A branch fell on our tent and just missed where we were sitting. It was reported to staff and after two conversations with them, the owner came over and we agreed to a Kabin at no extra charge for our last night there. We felt it should have been no charge for the inconvenience to move our site. Also we were concerned that they still were letting people tent camp under the rest of the trees.

We enjoyed the campground but not the cabin. There was no screen door to protect the unit from swarms of bugs. HUNDREDS of bugs were in the unit by the time night fell. Luckily, we had spray but the bugs kept invading our clothes, sheets, food, EVERYTHING. It was uninhabitable, honestly. We had to strip the bed because of the dead bugs. I would not stay again.

The staff was insanely friendly and helpful! There is some road noise but probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a campground.

It was so nice to be in the deluxe cabin when it was raining outside. We drove to Klamath Falls to buy a car, and it was nice to be able to kick back and relax instead of driving all the way home.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and really enjoyed it. The cabin is like a hotel room, except with a lot of pine, a separate small room with bunk beds, and a kitchen sink and dishes. We liked the small porch in front and enjoyed the barbecue area on the side that also had a fireplace. It is like staying in a hotel except much better since you also get all the KOA facilities outside.

It has been 2 years since my last stay at Klamath Falls KOA. The improvements to the facilities are so appreciated! Super clean restrooms, and the freshly updated Kamping Kabin made for a great alternative to a nother night in my Westfalia or motel. This KOA gets all stars!
