Convenient location. My bathroom code did not work. Loud residents fighting at 2 in the AM. Needed some updating and more gravel in the spaces

Great staff. Family oriented park, with many activities for families. Amenities were welcomed by day long weary travelers. Even a Laundry Room, but the posted hours, don't accommodate travelers, closing at 630 PM.

Overall an OK stay. At your store closing both nights we stayed, a very strange occurrence. I'm guessing it was KOA staff that would start their diesel trucks, and let them run for HOURS, gasing the camp ground/us out! WTH

Unfortunately staying in a KOA cabin was spoiled by daily long lines of trucks and other vehicles parked in line in front of my door for literally hours with engines idling while they waited to buy propane at the front office. The fumes, noise, and traffic blocking my parking access were intolerable really.

Wonderful stay! The campground was clean and pretty. Loved our own dog pen for the pups. That, and the welcome delicious cookies, made for a perfect arrival after a long day on the road.

The person at checked-in was very nice. What a good idea to have a cookie for us! There was a beautiful rose at our campsite along with other flowers. We had a comfortable stay!

The park is nice. We have stayed there a number of times on our way down south for the winter & also on our trip home in the spring. The people are friendly. The one thing I would like to see is a little better TV selection. Or maybe some of your cable outlets need to be replaced because the channels we did get were very snowy. These were the analog channels. The cable ones did not come in at all.

First site had terrible power (123v/89v). Mgr said nothing wrong, removed my EMS from the pedestal and said her voltmeter was accurate and no problems. Rude, BUT moved us to another site where my EMS showed 124v/124v. All good. Everybody has bad days. Thankfully my coach was not damaged.

The employees were excellent. We were a little disappointed that there was no water connection included in full hookup.

Everything that you need is at the campground. There is a nice store for misc supplies, propane and gasoline if needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campground is a little close to highway noise, but not as bad as others that we have stayed in.

I stayed 2 nights. The campground was very clean, bathroom was immaculate (very impressed). My dog loved the dog run, it let him get out some energy. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nice Kamp, easy access to the local area, Crater Lake and Lava Beds NP. Quite kamp but still close enough to main roads for getting around. Laundry and showers were clean. We even got cookies when we arrived.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The site was okay but the view was the garbage cans. We used only the electricity and it worked well. Didn’t use the restrooms or showers.

We enjoyed staying and had no problems. Our campsite was clean and hook ups worked well. Laundry room had several washer/dryers and was also clean. Nayeli was always working, was friendly and helpful to us always! I love the little store and the fun things for sale in addition to being well stocked with supplies. Delicious cookies were a nice treat on check in! Thank you!

It served our purpose for a one night stay. Off leash dog area was helpful. Inexpensive propane and gas/diesel was competitively priced.

This small campground was just perfect for us. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite. The welcome with the chocolate chip cookies was a special touch. The nicely maintained fenced in dog yards were greatly enjoyed by our pups. This was a very clean well run KOA. We would for sure stay again if we travel through.

Very easy check in! Nice guide to our campsite and they gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area and sites to see. The campground was clean and quiet.

The highway noise at this location is not under their control of course but was a bit annoying at tines. I am also not used to camping so close to others but the staff were excellent and the Campground very clean. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend this KOA to others.

Very convenient and easy to get to off the hi way through town, so a bit of road noise, but the park was nice and quiet overnight. The park is very well maintained and had lovely level parking. Our dog gives their pet area two paws up.

We stayed just one night. Our site was a level grass pad with all services well located. Washrooms were clean. The area was near the highway but not noisy. The host was very helpful. Rate was very reasonable. Downtown was an easy cycle vis a bike path right behind the campground.

Absolute gem of a KOA. The Amenities were delightful and the peace and serenity were second to none. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, genuinely excited for us to stay. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
