Friendly staff. Very clean and nicely landscaped. Great location. Bathrooms and laundry above average for camping. Only feedback and not sure you can do anything about it- water hookups underground were difficult to use for my 73 year old hubby. May want to see if you can find a way to add an extension to bring them above ground for making it easier for older campers to use. A great KOA!

I really like KOA's. Everyone's so nice & helpful. Klammoth Falls takes this a step further. The staff (and this takes nothing away from the great people at all KOA's) is so very helpful, not just when you ask for help,but are genuinely proactive in ensuring your stay is memorable. Very convenient to canoe launches and Crater Lake.

Super nice & efficient staff, we saw many new arrivals checked-in and directed to their camp-site in a smooth and timely manner. The staff leads you 2 your site & waits until you are parked, they make sure your RV is centered and placed within the site before the guide leaves. We stayed 2-nights, purchased propane, (very quick & easy). Nice big trees & shade, the utilities were easy to connect.

My only complaint is about the stability of the wi-fi. When I could get on, I would constantly get knocked off. Good location. Great dog park. Very clean.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Could use some updating to bath house facilities and some leveling of gravel sites. A little dusty.

Nice for an overnight stop, but sites are too close together. I'm reminded of the old Grey Poupon TV ad where a Rolls Royce stops next to another Rolls Royce, and the car owner ask the other if they have any Grey Poupon mustard. We could have done the same with the RV parked next to us, passing the mustard from our dining window to their's. They do, however, have a very nice K9 park!

Very nice facility - every site has grass. We enjoyed the dog run area. Well maintained and clean. The entire facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Quick 3 days to see Crater Lake. Check in crew was great and shared local info on what’s happening in Klamath Falls.

Staff were friendly and quickly got us all checked in. Everything was clean and organized. If you are tenting though, the street noise is on the louder side.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and it was amazing. It was very clean and cosy. We loved the two bedrooms, our own bathroom and that we had an barbecue and a fireplace. The stuff was very friendly and the laundry facilities were great too. The Crater Lake NP was amazing and also the nature around the Upper Klamath Lake. Perfect place to stay during our road trip.

Had a neighboring camper that had his music booming from 8:00-9:15pm, so loud we couldn’t hear anything inside our trailer over the booming. My husband finally had to go out to tell him to lower his volume. No camp staff came out to address, disappointing.

Spots are tight but everything (restrooms, laundry, etc) are super clean. Store is very well stocked.

One of the nicest KOA’s in the US! Nicely treed, well laid out, and full of amenities. The dog park grass area is better kept than most people’s lawns! Just loved our stay there!

We had a back in site #63! All grass!!! Beautiful!!! It was under trees and a very big site ( roomy )! No sewer but we did not need it at that time (had power and water).

Campground is nice but the place is located in a busy road intersection! Bring earplugs because the noise can be annoying at night unless you are on a RV!

Stayed in a cabin. Loved that the Keurig was provided and with k cups. Little dusty from all the carts and traffic. Well appointed store.

We enjoyed the grassy area, huge shade trees and creek behind our site. The campground was well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed at a couple other KOA’s and this is the nicest one so far, due to the very pleasant green area. We’d definitely stay again.

This KOA is extreme well run and the grounds are also well maintained by staff. Only wish would be, about 20ft more distance between the dump station and the propane station. Great stay and no complaints.

Best KOA that we have stayed in and KOA’s are all we stay in. Clean, exceptional staff, service, dog park, and grounds plus diesel gas. We will be back. Thank you. I forgot to get a sticker for our motorhome I will highly recommend this park to all our camping friends.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The park is very clean and each spot is decorated so nicely with flowers. The staff is great and you can tell they take pride in running a great campground. It’s in a great location for making a day trip to Crater National Park and is close to lots of amenities. We highly recommend this campground!

The KOA was amazing and should honestly not be classified as a journey because the campsites and facilities are great. The only reason I wouldn’t give this location a 10/10 recommendation is because of the location. We heard people talking, yelling, and even screaming at one point while walking on the trail directly behind our site. We felt safe because there was a high fence but it woke us up.

Absolute gem of a KOA. The Amenities were delightful and the peace and serenity were second to none. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, genuinely excited for us to stay. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
