Very friendly staff. Enjoyed a pleasant banter with the lady cleaning the laundry room. That was spotless as was the office. The site was clean and even. Well maintained. The campsite is convenient to town and our daughter's house. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The owners have obvious pride in all their accomplishments here.

I've used cabins off and on for years at many KOA's, and have never seen, cabins like these Coffee maker,TV, complimentary H20 and goodies. 5stars

The park is nice, clean, level spots. Staff is always friendly. We have stayed there at least 4 times on our way from Wa to Az and back to Wa. We had not used the restrooms before until our last stay a few days ago. They were clean. It would help if there was a chair in the dressing part of the shower. Also it would be nice if there was a bench outside the shower for people to sit on while waiting

cleanest friendliest KOA ever! the cookies were a great personal touch. the bathrooms and laundry room were super clean, perfectly decorated. the staff was very friendly. the grounds were well groomed making an evening walk enjoyable. I loved the trees and creek. I especially liked the shovel in the K9 park!

Many dogs were off leash; that needs to be addressed. Having the LP filling station directly in front of the RV dump is the worst possible setup. I had to wait for 2 different vehicles in the LP station before I could get into and then out of the dump area. Relocate the LP tank.

I love this place. Someone was there to greet me at 5:30 (some places close at 5:00 and no one is there), provide warm cookies, and resort me to my spot. Always clean and enjoyable.

I provided all of my information via your web site when I made my reservation. But when I got here, I was forced to provide it all again. I despise having to repeat myself. Bathrooms have no ventilation. Vents are dirty and mold is growing on the ceiling.

I was billed for the site and never visited due to travel issues. No one reached out to offer a refund. This is not a great customer experience.

We made the reservation only about 3 hours before we arrived. The staff was friendly and easy to work with and the location made it easy to explore the area. Also, the spot was level with easy to connect utilities, so no extra set-up was required.

Front desk was very courteous. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Showers were hot and the park was clean and easy to maneuver.

This is an amazing campground and wonderful owners with beautiful eyes. I would stay here again, much better than the other campgrounds in the area.

Good location but had reserved an extra long site. I was put in a regular short site so my car stuck out in the road. I was charged for a extra long which was more than the site I was put in. After a long day of travel very disapointing.

I now know NOT to stay at a KOA Journey. I have many times in the past and realize it is not “a resort” but good for overnite. I was told by teenagers to move my class A about 6 inches after approx 2hours after a teenager had told me it was in far enough. I am a 79 yo woman with a demented husband. The spot I cleared way for was vacant all night. This park with a KOAname was very poorly manage

There appeared to be only 2 transient RVs in the park. The office parked us side by side. It would have been preferable to space us out.

Absolute gem of a KOA. The Amenities were delightful and the peace and serenity were second to none. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, genuinely excited for us to stay. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
