melody, Steve and Helen were fantastic! The grounds restrooms and store was very clean. I would stay at KOA in the future! Great facility!

We missed the time cutoff for regular online reservation. We called and Steve told us to come on in. Everything was easy and they put us up in a tent space right away. I loved the stay even though we came in later and left earlier. Next time we’ll have to stay longer to enjoy all the extra stuff (pool, laundry, showers, etc.) Now we are home and already planning our next adventure.

Friendly staff but the tent sites are packed together. Not rustic at all and ants are on all the sites.

Your tent campsites are far too close together, and they are much closer than the tent campsites at another KOA where I have camped.

Friendly people at the front desk. Good amenities. Water and electric by tent site made it almost like being at home. I'll use this KOA every year for the Kerrville Renaissance Festival.

It was just ok for an overnight stay. We booked a tent site that was on the edge if the property. It was wood chips surrounded by dirt that if it rained would be a mud bog. There was no water access in the camp area. There might have been a spigot elsewhere on site that could have been used, but it was not evident. The staff were very nice.

For being a small KOA it is well maintained for being an older KOA and the customer service was excellent. The new tent sites behind the building was excellent.

Our battery died right in front of the KOA office. Connie really went out of her way to help us. She called the guys with the KOA truck to jump start the battery. She even offered to transport our stuff to our campsite to get it set it up. Annie and another guy behind the desk were also offering their help. What a great staff !!!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, my low review is because of location of tent sites… they r set in the front of the park right off a main road that has a lot of traffic…at night people fly by the area and if they lose control it would be a disaster.. we couldn’t sleep very well while we were there scared of an accident. That is my only bad review I love camping and love KOA

The hosts are amazing! I was staying alone in my car and had just moved to Texas. They were kind, supportive, and so welcoming. I truly appreciated the warm kindness.

This was a wonderful KOA. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thay have a cute store and large laundry, and 10 stars for a full kitchen for guests to use, and a gas station! And the gas prices was totally reasonable. The only drawback was the road noise, which was loud and often as the KOA sits on a busy road, closer than a highway. I would definitely stay here again!

Randy was really nice taking me around to pick my campsite. I saw a deer walking around the site, which was cool. Bathrooms from the site I picked was a little far & I did pick the site near the road which is noisy & I had full disclosure.

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon and we plan to come back every year for our anniversary.Randy and his assistant at the front desk are so kind and welcoming.We loved every minute of our stay at Koa .Very clean bathrooms and facility.Highly recommend!!!!

The staff was super friendly and the location was great. I do wish the tent camping area was further from the road, b/c that did make it quite loud. Otherwise, the facilities were great and the hospitality top notch!

I reserved a tent site for 4 nights. The day I arrived, a severe thunderstorm was predicted. The management put me in a cabin (at no additional cost) for my protection. These folks are AWESOME. Every one of the KOA associates were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I will most certainly stay here again!

Great hospitality, friendly! Got to watch a college ball game in the rec room! Our last night, it stormed & they left the rec room unlocked for us to seek shelter in. We had campsites 40 & 41--right next to the main road. So loud we couldn't sleep and I was terrified of a car running off the road and over us and our children while sleeping. Playground could use some updates (swings are duct taped)

Stopped for propane fill up. Old time gas pumps. People are trusted to pump gas and then pay!!!! Very nice people there

Do you remember that feeling, when your day of travel is ending, and you're tired and you just need to get your trailer parked for the night?Well that happened to us and yet these ladies that run this quaint, quiet and spotless KOA were full of joy and smiles and kindness a mile long. It's no where near where we live but we'd make the trip back for some time here. It's absolutely a hidden gem and delightful. The trees are grand and the spaces are huge. There's a pool and a rec room and a 24 hour laundry. If you pass this way, you won't regret your stay.
