Nice property. I stayed in the larger cabin. Clean and accommodating. However, for a motorcyclist that is traveling it is not conducive to a comfortable stay since linens are not provided, which I found out includes pillows. When traveling on a motorcycle space is limited, so packing bed linens and pillows is difficult. If there is any way to provide for a cost that would be great.

I have lost count for how many times we've stayed here in the last 2& 1/2 years. Never a disappointment! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Love that the cabins w/o bathroom have been moved to right by the camp bathroom ��

I’ve stayed at the KOA in Kerrville a couple times and they are always incredibly kind! Facilities are clean and well maintained. Love my KOA’s!

Stayed in a cabin instead of camping because it was freezing temperatures at night. Super cute cabin and and I should have turner the heater up more, it was cost when I did though.I loved that it was quiet and a little bit out of town.

Meagan& husband very sweet couple to have on your staff;Appreciate the doggy area , needs softer grass, my dog got burr in his paw ! Bathrooms are clean and love the large shower area, very clean laundry area

Such a pleasant place to stay. Breaks up our long drive. I would suggest guidance on the thermostat on the heater in the cabin. I thought I turned it down but it was quite warm still. Lovely place and perfect for our dog

The cabin was exactly what we needed for a quick 1 night stay. The mattress could have been a little better, and while I appreciate having the light behind the cabin to see in the dark it was very bright all night. I can not imagine how the poor people in the tent behind our cabin were able to sleep with that light on. Overall the KOA was very quiet and peaceful and the bathrooms were very clean.

The light at the tent site behind your cabin is controlled by the tenters. The mattress' in the cabins are brand new, but we definitely do appreciate your input! Thank you staying with us.

My first time staying at the Kerrville KOA. I have stayed at KOAs all over the USA and this one is in my top 5 for sure. It is a short 2 mile drive off the 1-10 nestled among a bunch of trees. The facilities are very clean and the staff was very nice. If you stay here do yourself a favor and go explore the Kerrville nature center and city trails (dirt and concrete). Saw deer, turtles, geese, etc

We stayed for 5 days in one of the little cabins and couldn’t have had a better experience all the way around! The staff, Mark and Mary, were extremely accommodating and very friendly, anything you needed they were right there with a smile on their face! Bathrooms were spotless and the grounds themselves were well taken care of! Will definitely be visiting again!

We’ve always enjoyed our stay at Journey KOA. We had another venue fall through and they were available last minute and so we were able to help family that lives in the area. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Overall great. Please replace the mattress in the cabin because the center is worn down and it feels like your hips sink to the bed frame.

I would consider it a “no frills” KOA. My wife and I stayed in a small lodge, smaller than other lodges we were use too compared to Carlsbad KOA for instance. Cabin sits next to a very busy road but fortunately the din of the AC provided good white noise to drown out the traffic noise. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the common room/kitchen and restroom facilities were very clea

The kamping kabin that you had, is the same size as the same kabin in Carlsbad, for instance. We are mainly an overnite KOA, so we offer more basic accommodations when compared to a Holiday KOA. We are still happy that you chose to stay with us.Thank you.

This koa is very nice only gave 4 star due to bathrooms are not very convenient to the cabins with no bathrooms but cabins are very clean, nice pool, nice dog k-9
