Bathrooms, and just about all the campsite needs some major renovations, mobile home park is sketchy and would not want my kids to be wandering around there, why isn’t there a separate entrance for the mobile home park?

We just love this Koa. The staff is very nice and the camp is very quiet. It was our second stay at this location and we will definitely will be back.

The cabin I rented was very cold. Large gap at bottom of doors need to be weather stripped to keep scorpions and snakes out, thank God it’s a time of the year when they are not out and about. The windows were so old I hear all the street noise. I have stayed in many KOA but this one needs some upgrades. The host were very friendly and polite.

The people were absolutely wonderful. We loved playing in the rec room. We stayed in one of the small cabins, they are right next to a busy road, so that was noisy.

The location was nice. The cabin was not cleaned. It smelled like wet dog and there was white dog fir all over the floor. It was so much white fir that when I swept it up, it made a fir ball about 2 inches in diameter and as long as the broom.

small koa; stayed in a kabin; day we were leaving toilets backing up in both men and women's bathrooms. Need a light at end of building where you walk to bathrooms. Public enters onto property to enter mobile home park; would have been nice to have a second electric outlet in kabin.

2nd time to stay not as welcoming 2nd round, front desk is important on who you have working to greet people , couple was dull, didn’t smile, and it just seem they could care less you were staying with koa, week before was different couple and they were so sweet and inviting the moment you walked in door, what difference in people

Older KOA. Small pool. Larger camp store. Laundry has a ton of machines. The ac needs to be upgraded in the camper cabin as it couldn’t keep up during the day. There’s a game room with full kitchen, inc cookware. The restrooms: two stall & two showers. AC turned off at night-so they were warm & muggy in the mornings. Lots of traffic in/out. Nice staff w/ exception of one older man.

Great staff, so very friendly. Very clean cabin and clean bathrooms. Beautiful to be surrounded by trees. It was a great bonus having the ability to pump some gas before we got on the road again.

We have stayed at the KOA cabins many times in the past, & this location as well. Temp in cabin was 90 on arrival. Never went below that until well after dark. Same story next day. (100 during day temps in Tx) The unit is well undersized for the cabin. We would be happy with 78-80 degrees. Also noted the same thick mold in shower that was there 6 months ago. Caretakers nice- issue higher up

Kabin was ready we arrived, bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water, the recreation room was well stocked with books, games, puzzles, TV, pool table, etc. We visit once yearly and have never been disappointed. My only issue was that the tiny AC did not cool the Kabin adequately.

We stayed in the cabin due to traveling w/o our camper & it was perfect. We have now marked this down as a place to stay when doing our travels along I-10 between AZ & FL, with & without, our camper from now on. The cabin was set-up nicely for us, & the camp ground staff were very polite & helpful.

We stop here just for the overnight but, as it happens pretty often, it's been a shame.The location is awesome, old fashion camping but with anything you need. Staff is super kind and coff is great.Next time we will be in the area we spend for sure mor nights there.

We fill up with propane and gas at this park as it has easy access with large rig.. We have not stayed here..Park is a little rough looking. Lots on gravel and grass mix. Fairly tight spacing beside very busy noisy traffic road. For the price there are better options elsewhere. The staff have alwaysbeen helpful and chatty.
