There for 2 nights , we drove in mark was there waiting for us as we pulled in, very very helpful taking us to our spot helping us back n to perfectly! Our spot was rough gravel Newley done . The place is old. Needs improvements

Had to make a last minute, same-day reservation due to a crashing storm system of a tornado warning+ thunderstorms. The campground is tucked into a fold of surrounding hills so we were safe&snug! Great services include a store, gas station & propane + publicly available dump/potable water station. Kerrville is a great town for restocking food & supplies & lots of restaurants. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay. I was tent camping and a storm rolled in at night, but they left the clubhouse open if we needed to get in. Clubhouse was a nice touch and a good place to relax. Also, the gas available on site was very convenient.

Mark was so nice, we were driving and looking to overnight; he answered phone, had a spot for us and waited for us to get there and assisted with us getting parked. Very nice park and his friendliness was wonderful, he stayed to help us after closing hours.

Nicest hosts around. Signage could be better especially for big rigs to let drivers know make immediate right then check in. Its all good, we know now for when we stay again

Very impressed with the hosts. Very kind, informative and pleasant. The campground has 2 parts--in front of the store/KOA office there are a few sites and more behind. Large dog run.

Great little KOA, site we had could use a little grass lots of bare spots in lawn. Will stay again!!

The campground was very small, but nice to stay for a few days. GOAT Creek Road is extremely close and noisy.

The staff were so sweet and the campground was well maintained and had fun activities. I would definitely stay again! Not sure why the rating doesn't allow 5 stars.. It deserves it!

Overall great. Please replace the mattress in the cabin because the center is worn down and it feels like your hips sink to the bed frame.

Hosts were really nice however facilities were out dated. Was nice having gasoline available onsite and the price was competitive.

The Kerrville KOA is a shining star on snowbird route to and from our winter destination. Friendly and courteous staff and owners. It is a pleasure to stay there.

Very nice campground. Nice amenities. The only complaint we have is the road can get pretty busy and noisy at times. It quiets down in the evenings, but busy during the day. Mostly auto traffic, very few big trucks. Would stay again if we were in the area.

I would consider it a “no frills” KOA. My wife and I stayed in a small lodge, smaller than other lodges we were use too compared to Carlsbad KOA for instance. Cabin sits next to a very busy road but fortunately the din of the AC provided good white noise to drown out the traffic noise. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the common room/kitchen and restroom facilities were very clea

The kamping kabin that you had, is the same size as the same kabin in Carlsbad, for instance. We are mainly an overnite KOA, so we offer more basic accommodations when compared to a Holiday KOA. We are still happy that you chose to stay with us.Thank you.

I was threatened by the front office and others bc of my poverty ain't perfect like anyone else as they explained I'm worthless after taking my money

Very friendly host who left his recreation room open when a bad storm was forecast. A hot cup of tea thanks to the microwave was much appreciated.

Owner met us in the parking lot as we drove in, clipboard in hand, and checked us in w/o my having to exit the truck, then guided me into the site saving my wife from her usual job. It only got better after that….
