We stayed in a small cabin. We knew to bring pillow and sleeping bag. Quiet park and friendly staff. Would stay again.

We stayed for 1 overnight and really appreciated the welcoming hospitality of the staff and their helpfulness. Our spot worked well and was nice and level. The park was very quiet and nice. The showers while older were very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Small park, quiet, well maintained. They sell gas, diesel, and propane on site. A couple of miles off the freeway on a windy road but easy access nonetheless. They close the laundry and game room early and both appeared clean and well-maintained.

I had a RV site which was nice and a friend had a cabin. The staff was not proactive with the cabin as far as the a/c was concerned. It was hot and humid and they said it would take all day to cool plus the gentleman was rude. That is not acceptable especially when you have animals.

I am sorry for this misunderstanding on the part of our crew. I will take steps to correct this for future stays. It would have more helpful if your friend would have responded on their own comment form so that I could have responded to them directly. Thank you for your visit.

We only stayed for a quick turnaround. The facilities were older but in relatively good shape and maintained. The bathhouse was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice campground. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate us one more night. The property is clean and maintained. We especially like having a dog park for our furry friend. The laundry room was large and clean.

Kerville KOA is definitely one of our go to’s when we visit this area. Great service all the way around.

We absolutely love this KOA! We have been coming for years in the spring. Great staff! Great location! Extremely clean campground! Friendliest people! Stayed two months this year and already booked for next year!!!

My first time staying at the Kerrville KOA. I have stayed at KOAs all over the USA and this one is in my top 5 for sure. It is a short 2 mile drive off the 1-10 nestled among a bunch of trees. The facilities are very clean and the staff was very nice. If you stay here do yourself a favor and go explore the Kerrville nature center and city trails (dirt and concrete). Saw deer, turtles, geese, etc

Mark and Mary were very knowledgeable about the area and also Fredericksburg. Great suggestion on wineries and also on Altstadt Brewery.

The staff is very helpful! The spots closest to the road were a bit noisy but to be expected. We enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They moved our reservation to an open site nearer the restrooms. It was a very level and shady site. We love stopping at this KOA because it is very relaxing after a hectic travel day.

Used this as a base camp for visiting the “Hill Country” of central Texas. Nice, smaller campground with great hosts. A bit older but clean and comfy.

Nice shady place, staff very friendly. Noisy due to right next to highway.. has a good store, but not many other amenities besides a pool, laundry.

The people were great! The only down side was being stuck between two semi permanent campers.

We stayed for 5 days in one of the little cabins and couldn’t have had a better experience all the way around! The staff, Mark and Mary, were extremely accommodating and very friendly, anything you needed they were right there with a smile on their face! Bathrooms were spotless and the grounds themselves were well taken care of! Will definitely be visiting again!

We’ve always enjoyed our stay at Journey KOA. We had another venue fall through and they were available last minute and so we were able to help family that lives in the area. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

We love staying at this KOA. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The large laundry and rec room with a full kitchen are bonuses.

Had a great stay overnight while on our way to El Paso. I cannot say enough good things about Mark. He was so welcoming, and helped us get into our spot, and they accommodated our U-Haul as well.

Very friendly and easy check-in. Level site with good connections…all expected from a KOA. The showers (all two of them) would require foot protection due to dirty and/or moldy tile. The grounds display a lack of upkeep or grooming . Very few reasons to pick this KOA except for its location and convenience.

This is a small, nice campground that is great for the individual who is looking for a nice place to stop, stay a few days with plans for touring the hill country area. If you want a park that has activities 'within' the campground - this is not the place for you. The staff at this location are always great people. It is an older, well-kept and maintained park.
