The cabin was exactly what we needed for a quick 1 night stay. The mattress could have been a little better, and while I appreciate having the light behind the cabin to see in the dark it was very bright all night. I can not imagine how the poor people in the tent behind our cabin were able to sleep with that light on. Overall the KOA was very quiet and peaceful and the bathrooms were very clean.

The light at the tent site behind your cabin is controlled by the tenters. The mattress' in the cabins are brand new, but we definitely do appreciate your input! Thank you staying with us.

The staff is SO friendly and helpful here! They answered a bunch of questions ahead of our stay. We are new at RV’ing, so I had a lot of questions. The pool and entire campground is well maintained and clean. Our dogs love the doggie area to play in! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kerrville. Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, but needs updated. Bathrooms were definitely lacking updates. Everything was locked up and didn’t feel secure or safe.

Our bathrooms are locked with a combination to allow access to registered campers only. All other doors are open during normal business hours. Thanks for visiting.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean, level, reasonably priced RV park, close to everything in Kerrville. We travel 5 months a year and always try to find a KOA park. At least we know that KOA’s are not run-down, trashy parks..

Host were nice , I mentioned several time had big rig , had to park under limbs , at night birds bobarded our jeep ,. At leaving we’re told we couldn’t wash the jeep up . I wouldn’t recommmed to anyone with big rig

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. The limb in question does hang over the site about half way across, but it is 14 ft high. We are under a mandatory water restriction which prohibits the washing of any vehicles. Hope to see you again.

We made a quick last-minute trip to Kerrville to check on our property. I called/spoke to a pleasant person who informed me that "R1" was available "in the back." I was a bit puzzled as a returning guest.... Turned out to be a great "new" spot with plenty of shade (a priority). Noticed a few upgrades to location - bathroom tile a bit grungy- it would be nice to have bathroom updated.

We had a great experience at the Kerrville KOA! The staff was SO friendly and helpful! We got in late because of terrible traffic and we were tired (and probably grumpy) and desperately needed to do laundry. They let us use the laundry facility a little later than it was supposed to be open.

We were giving a free stay till the end of August because of losing our home from the flood..We had lots of issues with the donated rv given to us preventing us to have to stay most nights with my mother in law..Needless to say we were asked to move 3 to 4 weeks before our time expired..That’s not how business is conducted and many will know my horrible experience

We are sorry for your situation. We gave you a FHU Back-in site from 7/23-8/21 at no charge. You were not asked to leave 3-4 weeks early, however when it became apparent that you were not staying in your RV, we wanted to offer hospitality to others in need. Thank you.

We have stayed here multiple times on our way to Garner State Park. Nice little campground just outside of Kerrville. We like the location, H-E-B close for last minute shopping. Good Restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Clean and neat restrooms and showers. We’ll be back.

It was such a blessing to stay at this KOA Kerrville for helping with the flood disaster relief. You had everything needed to make my ‘home base’ comfortable and restful for the 7 nights. Your generosity was so unexpected and appreciated! Thank you thank you thank you!

There was a stranger at my camp site in my camp chair upon my return from the pool and the camp staff noticed them right away and knew they were out of place. They came over to camp to find out who they were and dealt with said situation and person appropriately and professionally along with concern for our safety.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts. They texted me and called me about my late arrival and came out to meet me and were helpful when I arrived at 9:00 pm. I was on empty due to all the hills. I hadn't anticipated so much gas consumption but THANKFULLY THIS KOA HAS GAS PUMPS!

Our stay at KOA Kerrville was incredible. We came to help with the Guadalupe disaster and couldn’t find a hotel, so we called hoping for a tent spot. Mary was so kind. They found us a spot, then moved us to a cabin before another flash flood arrived . The staff treated us like family. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to return under better circumstances.

The facilities are more than adequate. The hospitality was out of this world! The Kerrville KOA went above and beyond to meet the needs of their community in a time of crisis, the flooding of 2025.

I stayed at the KOA Campground in Kerrville while working on the 2025 Flood Recovery, & it was amazing. The staff were super kind & helpful, calling to check on me to make sure I was doing okay. That meant a lot. They even became a drop-off point for free meals. That first day i hadn't eaten all day so when they called to say there was dinner, I was stunned. I’ll always stay at KOA in Kerrville.

We enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere here in our 2-day rest stop heading home. The park is well maintained and has one of the best laundry facilities we’ve seen for an RV park. The staff is helpful and welcoming too.

Great spot under the trees. My husband and I were able to enjoy this KOA as it is surrounded by trees and has enough space between camping neighbors to enjoy the outdoors. The amenities provided onsite also made the stay convenient, from the well stocked store to cable tv. We highly recommend this KOA location.
