We stayed only overnight in our truck camper. Used the showers; very clean!! Good dog park. That's important for us. We'll use it again, for sure.

Problems with the door to the cabin and no water in the pool. Bathrooms very clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The AC didn't work very well and the mattresses should be changed out. Absolutely no cushioning. This wasn't the best stay for us. Still great staff and atmosphere.

Quiet, close to Kerrville, nice shady flat parking. Only reason they got a 4 was the pool was closed for repair but looked so inviting and didn’t see any work being done on it.

The park is always clean, bathrooms clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful and treat you like family. For some reason, the Wi-Fi was very poor even inside the recreation room. Our visit was all around very enjoyable, we've stayed several times now and will continue in the future. Kudos to the staff and keep up the great work!

Quick overnight stop over. Arrival was super smooth. Despite it being a small park, the host still showed me to my site, assisted me backing in and showed me where all the connections were. Not necessary but definitely appreciated.

Very nice shady area offered by staff. Very friendly staff. Store, sites and restrooms very clean. Very nice game room and laundry facilities. Overall excellent !!!!

Sites needed a little upkeep with the grass being mowed. Other than that a great campsite to stay at and the staff was extremely nice and comforting.

Awesome!! Great staff,clean inside and out.stayed in a tent and had nice shaded area. Store had anything we needed and Loved having gas pumps on site.

First camping trip at a KOA. Main reason we chose this campground was because of the pool and playground that was advertised on the website as our grand babies live in the area and were joining us for their first camping trip. The pool area was locked up and we were told because it had just been shocked and the chlorine level was too high….all weekend. Playground a joke. Grounds not well kept.

It was very well maintained. The grounds were free of debris. The women's restroom was very clean and well stocked. The employees were helpful and friendly on the phone and in the campground.

Favorite place to stay and have been staying here once a year while our son goes to a special needs Camp in Center Point. Love the people and they go the extra mile for you comfort and safety

It was a nice KOA off the freeway and worked for our quick one night stop. We stayed in the small cabin. It was clean and the mattress was good! I would sugggest black out curtains becuase we did get the light coming through so I wore my eye mask. I liked having access to the kitchen in the rec center. Campground hosts wete very helpful!

We stay at quite a few KOA's throughout the country and are members and this was the least well kept and felt the least safe. It shares its land with a mobile home park which felt weird, it was very empty which was strange for a KOA, had no activities, a run down pool. It was just not what we had expected a KOA to be.

It is an older KOA but still nice. We only stayed over night & it served us perfectly. Clean and friendly.

Very nice staff. We were very lucky and got a marvelous back in site with large trees to help shade our trailer in the 90-degree temps. Small KOA so very personable. Pool was very tiny - not so inviting.
