From I-26 East take Exit 37 Erwin/Jonesborough; Go right off the interstate, Proceed for 5 miles, Camp on right hand side.
From I-26 West Take exit 37 Erwin/Jonesborough and go Left, Proceed 5 miles to camp on right hand side.
From I-81 Take Exit 23 Greenville/Bulls Gap/ 11E Mosheim Go towards Greenville, Turn Right onto US 107 Tusculum Bypass after the Walmart ( Walmart left hand side) Go to the stop sign, turn Right onto US 107, 1.5 miles on the left hand side (40 Min from I 81)

Spend the day in Jonesborough strolling our historic downtown, with it's shops, museums, and eateries, hit the trails in Cherokee National Forest, take a guided white water rafting trip on the Nolichucky River- a top 10 whitewater river in the country, or plan a day excursion from your base camp. We love sharing our area with you!
Take a stroll in Tennessee's oldest established town, admiring architecture, shopping, and dinning. You can pick up a self guided tour book at the visitor center or take a guided town tour departing from the Chester Inn Museum on Saturdays in season. Visit a museum to indulge in our town's rich past. Many events are held throughout the year.

Open May- Oct, built in 1903, the building was the Fish Hatchery superintendent's home. Now the home serves as a local heritage museum.

Enjoy walking or biking on this nearby Erwin Linear Trail. Paved for easy traversing, walk along a beautiful creek, take Fido to enjoy the dog park along the trail. The kids will enjoy the large playground for varied age levels also along the trail. Go Left out of camp, go under the I26 overpass bridge, turn right before Pal's. Three parking areas on the right hand side. There is a large fishing pond on the trail on the back side of McDonalds. Turn left at Dunkin Donuts, take the gravel drive behind Dunkin which leads to the parking area.

Fenders Farm is a local fall hot spot located just 2 miles from our KOA. If you've ever seen a fall movie and wondered if that really happens in real life- it does at Fenders! Not only can you take a wagon ride, pick pumpkins, play games with the kids, and navigate a corn maze, if you are a thrill seeker you can tackle the haunted corn maze, full of haunts and scares.

One mile from downtown Jonesborough, 130 acres of outdoor space with not only 18 hole disk golf course, but multiple hiking and biking trails. From Persimmon Ridge Rd turn into the entrance to the Wetlands Water Park.

Recreation area on the banks of the Nolichucky used as a take out by rafters coming from North Carolina and used by canoers. Picnic tables by the river edge. Good fishing for trout and smallmouth bass.

The McKinney Center houses the Mary B Martin program for the arts. Before heading to town, check out their website for any upcoming art shows, performances, or day workshops in which you can expand your artistic horizons and take a project home.

The Chester Inn is the towns's oldest commercial building from 1797. Drop by to see our town's original proposed layout, learn about the Lost State of Franklin, and view decorated upper rooms in early 1800's style. There are also rotating exhibits. Guided town tours depart on Saturdays in season from the Chester Inn.
