We arrived late, 7:45 pm after arranging a site on line. The campground hours were stated as open until 8pm. The campground was very dark which made it difficult to find our site. We enjoyed several Journey KOA sites on our travels from NY to NM & back. We were not impressed by Holiday

Tent sites should not be on the other side of a fence near the expressway. Way too exposed, small and loud throughout the night. In addition, cars continuously drive by with lights on as it is also near the main point of entry for this portion of the KOA. Perhaps better if in a RV, but would definitely not recommend this KOA for tent camping.

The grounds generally are well maintained. I appreciated the escort to my campsite and the food delivery service is a nice touch. One suggestion I have is to add sand, wood chips, or gravel to the tent pads. I reserved a tent site, listed as "grass tent pad" on the website but it was heavily eroded so there was only dirt there. When it rains, folks will end up in a mud puddle.

Beautiful campground. Nice pool. It's more a campground for RV's and dogs lovers than campers with only a tent. Restrooms are too far from tent sites. We would like, at least to have a path (short cut) to go from our tent site to the restrooms. We really appreciate that you let us let our car and equipment on the last day in the parking lot with our tag on it. It was very helpfull.

This is a very nice KOA. However, I really would like to see a bath house on the far side where there are the most tent spots. Also, I am a KOA work camper and it’s very disappointing that you do not give a KOA work camper discount. Other than those two things it’s one of our favorites.

Horrible. They call this an award winning campground but it’s just an rv parking lot. I’ve been to truck stops nicer than this. wait til you see the pics I took. They’ll be on the google review. I will never go to another KOA this was such a disappointment.

We stayed 2 nights at tent sites. We paid extra for powered but it was a 30 amp plug which was useless to our tent. Expected a standard plug. The site was wedge against the fence and was clearly an afterthought. We were instructed not to park on the grass but then received a text message complaining our vehicle was in the way on the road. Maybe put In parking pad. The pool was good.

Awesome trip! This was our first stay at a koa and we had a great time. Felt it was safe for my 7yr daughter to run around and explore. The staff was great! The tent camping sites do not offer a ton of shade so was real hot when the sun wasn’t blocked by trees at all but fairly minor inconvenience. Heading back soon!!

I was disappointed. I paid for water and electricity of which I got neither. After setting up my tent I found out the electricity didn’t work. I slept the first night without my CPAP. The food in my fridge went warm. I left on Thursday afternoon and went to hotel because I needed electricity and water. I would like a refund of the nights I couldn’t stay! You did not deliver what I PAID you for

Very beautiful campground, people are very nice, but we found we got the not as nice of tent site, compared to some empty ones. Our electricity was meant for trailer campers and We couldn’t charge our devices. Especially for the price we paid for two nights to stay, we expected a bit better, level tent site. Too look on the bright side, overall we enjoyed our stay and made the best of it!

For an RV, it is a beautiful campground with lots of amenities. As a tent camper, all the basic sites are the furthest from the restrooms. The restrooms very nice and clean but the shower stalls are very small. One hook and a 12" square seat are the only places to put your stuff. Clean clothes, dirty clothes, a towel, shower supplies, etc. Even 1 more hook would be a huge improvement.

Great staff, beautiful grounds. 2nd time here. This stay the people next to us their cat got out right before leaving, I spoke to them and told them I would watch for their cat. So far no luck, so if your staying here in the near future if you see a black cat with a collar it has his name on it with a phone number, please call the owners of the cat or tell the office, the entire staff is aware of it. I truly hope they get their kitty back.

We stayed at the Indy KOA Holiday in our RV with our reactive dog. The staff kindly gave us a site on the edge of the park right next to a huge beautiful pasture which made exercising our touchy dog easy and pleasurable. We arrived after hours and had no trouble finding our welcome packet at the office and then our RV spot. If you intend to do laundry before/after hours, be sure to bring your own quarters - there is no change machine. The shower stalls were a little small, but they were clean and the water was nice and hot. The horses were fun to see.

Our stay was nice. We arrived late and we were able to find our cabin easily with the map. Our cabin was close to the bathrooms and playground. We stayed here 2 years ago and it looks as though they have upgraded several of the spots. They now include lighted pergolas with attached swings and hammocks. Checkout was easy and the staff was friendly.
