Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean and presentable. Lots of upgrades happening in the campground. Hoping there will be a better privacy barrier between the exit and the camper dealer

Regardless of the immense amount of rain you guys got on Friday, the lack of rock on not only the sites but the roads is just awful. It's very clear that you've not laid rock down in years as it's completely missing on most sites which makes the mud so much worse. You've increased rates by at least 25% since 2020. When will some of that go back into the maintaining the property?

We had a great time, had to dodge some major water holes. Park was very wet, although had some major , abnormal rain this month. Park could use new gravel on sites - great for a quick, close trip! Never any issues staying here!

Last minute accommodation for buddy sites. This KOA is very modern and continues to add. They have great service from food delivery to wood delivery right to site. Always enjoy staying here

Well it was very depressing that you seem to have a nice area and a poor area of your campground. Every time we stay at a KOA it's always nice. But this time after we checked in in the nice area, all of a sudden we drove over a bridge to the crummy area where we had to camp. Where after it rained, it was so muddy it was impossible to do anything! Also charging a guess $15 to stay for 1 hour is abs

Disappointedly that there wasn’t more transparency about the standing water and flooding risks. Thanks for allowing us to move to higher ground. Understand weather is beyond your control, but transparency would be nice to let folks know that there is a risk based on weather. You have an excellent facility with large comfortable sites, but the flooding is concerning and should be disclosed.

Very well maintained campground, friendly staff that went above and beyond to communicate and ensure everyone had what they needed (they even came around on the day of the clips to make sure we all had eclipse glasses)! Very nice camp store. We would return and stay without hesitation!

Helpful and friendly staff, great sites, activities for the kids, nice laundry room, seasonal pool looks awesome, 2 playgrounds one for very small kids, trash pickup before 11am, 30 min to downtown Indianapolis, paved roads in main section, other section gravel but nice grass at sites. Small store with ice cream bar. Would stay here again.

This is a nice campground in a convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Entrance is a little easy to get wrong, especially with GPS, and the nice big KOA sign. But that’s the exit not the entrance. We visited during a rainstorm and the drainage could be better. The sites “across the bridge” desperately need more gravel. Wear and usage have them below the surrounding ground

VERY CLEAN CAMPGRPOUND. STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND KEPT YOU INFORMED OF ACTIVITIES. BEST WIFI ACCESS I'VE EVER HAD AT ANY CAMPGROUND. WE COULD STREAM SHOWS AND MOVIES THROUGH OUR ROKU DEVICE.

Large sites . Easy access from expressway , for the size the KOA it need to update showers very small and only 3 stalls . Needs another shower hose on old side

Nice KOA grounds and friendly staff. Many of the gravel roads and sites could use some upkeep. I did not mind paying double rates for the two nights of the solar eclipse but when we had to leave the 3rd night for medical reason, we could not get a refund.

We had a wonderful time at your park, everyone was great����The eclipse was a success & our fellow campers were wonderful.So happy we chose this KOA for the event. If you are in the area spend time with this beautiful campground ����

It was a wonderful campground. We came to watch the solar eclipse and stayed for a few extra days to visit Indy. With the extensive rain, we were able to see which sites could handle the rain. Many sites were completely underwater including ours. I made a note of the sites that survived the flooding for future stays. It was a challenge for packing up a fifth wheel for the trip home.

It is very obvious that the owners and staff love the campground. Everyone was so friendly and everything was very clean and well maintained. They had so many wonderful activities planned for the celebration of the solar eclipse for the enjoyment of all. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!!

Overall, had a great experience! My daughter loved feeding the horses and goats, and really enjoyed the playground and "mining." The campgrounds themselves are well maintained, and overall provide a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for a great stay! (My only suggestion for improvement would be to work on improving ventilation in the bathrooms so they don't stay quite so damp :)

Very busy eclipse weekend however staff were organized and unfazed, as evidenced by being friendly and hospitable all the time. Activities planned were fun for all ages. Yes, we grandma’s got our faces painted , too!

Wonderful staff. Great campsites. Many improvements since our last visit in 2015. Loved the cement pads and firepits in the pull through sites. We are too early to use the pool and splashpad but it looks wonderful!

This campground is wonderful!! The sites are large and easy to navigate. The dog park earned four paws from our pup! It's large with no obstacles, has shade and water is available. Plenty of room for him to run and chase the ball. And having food delivered to our trailer after a long day on the road was fantastic. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Staff was very kind and accommodating, site was even better than the online description, gem mining and the playground was so much fun for our 4 kids, and the entire KOA was clean and well maintained. It was especially nice to be within about a 25 min drive to the city! Will absolutely be back.

Friendliest Koa staff that we have experienced in years… they appear to be making improvements to an already clean, upgraded KOA. Keep up the good work at reasonable price… please don’t raise your prices to exclude many regular campers as many KOA franchises have done; cause we won’t come back!!!

The sites and bathrooms were clean. Although mats are needed in the dressing areas of the showers. The store is well stocked. The staff that we encountered were very polite and seemed very happy to be working. Thank you for the wonderful time during our stay for the Total Solar Eclipse 2024!

My family and I loved staying at Indianapolis KOA. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the assortment of onsite activities. Our campsite was the highlight of the stay and we got a lot of use out of the outdoor fireplace, swing bench, and hammocks. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed one night to be close to local place we like to visit in Indie. Nice showers, nice people. But...it had rained the day before and the site they gave us was very muddy even though there were other sites dryer available.

Traveling back to MI after wintering in TX. Only stayed 1 nite, looks to be a very nice park. Only negative was the $10 visitor fee I paid for my brother (he lives in Indy) to join us for dinner. After paying $80+ for 1 night, I though the visitor fee was outrageous. Would give 5 stars otherwise..

Have watched this KOA deteriorate year after year. Now, the sites are lower than the sewer connections. What a mess it was. Gravel sites are all uneven. I think that this will be the last time we stay. Will try and find a new stop this year. Oh, by the way, the lawn person was cutting the lawns in the pouring rain, and now we have grass clippings mixed with the mud to wash off our RV.

Came here to use the dump station, easy in and out. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is you have to check in at the office first and when you come out the dump is on the wrong side so you have to turn around, luckily there's enough space to do so relatively easily.

Stayed here for 1 night during a road trip. The campground was clean and staff were friendly. Since it was just an overnight, I was not able to look around the campground or partake in any of the amenities. We did visit the horses and goats to say hello.

The best campground I've ever stayed at hands down! Excellent attentive staff and variety of accommodations available for any budget. Also food is available upon request fresh made and delivered to our campground!
