The staff was pleasant and I was in construction getting there so I called and staff was very helpful getting me out of traffic and headed the right way to the campground. Very thankful.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff! Love the pizza, wings, ice cream, camp store, pool, dog park and the camping sites! You should add a hot tub for next up grade lol

Our family had an amazing weekend at the Indianapolis KOA. We rented multiple cabins between us. They were comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities that were offered, and the kids had the time of their lives. The staff was extremely friendly, and the customer service was incredible. We will be back next year!

Fridge was broken and had to be replaced took over 12 hrs for it to get cold enough lost perishable items.

Wonderful Glamping Tent but missing salt and pepper in the shakers and a large size bowl (small things). Could use another hook in the room with bundled for clothes.

My wife and I were just staying one night, but it was truly a great experience. Everybody was kind and friendly. The cabin was nice and clean.. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our limited time there this trip.

I stayed in a Glamping Safari treehouse and LOVED it. I was in Indy due to a business trip and this was a great way to relax and have some fun after hours. The park was very clean and the staff super friendly. My tent was immaculate and decorated cute. One of my favorite parts was a storm with thunder, lighting and a downpour that lasted for hours. The tent was super cozy. Grateful for this!

I stayed in a glamping tent. I prefer the deluxe cabins but unfortunately they are not ADA compliant since the steps have no handrails. I have reported this issue to campground employees for two years but no handrails have been installed.

Our cabin was excellent. The AC on when we got there, which was absolutely needed on the hottest day that summer. We often stay while attending GenCon events all weekend. So much better than staying at some hotel or motel.

The Campground is always top notch, clean camp ground, nice and well kept amenities, friendly staff. The cabin is what I was a little disappointed in. We arrive and load in, the first thing we find is that the blinds over the gliding door and a window curtain rod are broken. :( Frying pan is missing, bath tub has a slow drain, and the ants were off the chart bad. Staff was made aware

Overall it was nice. Friendly staff. Cabin was clean inside. Two negatives—no dishwashing station for rustic cabins or water source other than being directed to go to an empty site. The showers flow to a drain mid bathroom making a pool in the showers area and sometimes at the sinks.

Fantastic KOA. Our cabin was clean functional and very comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool splash Park they spent hours there. They also had easy access into Indianapolis, which we took advantage of.

The water in the bathroom sink was very hot! Please fix this issue! The bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were empty sites with some shade but they would not move us to those sites and it was very hot! We loved the pool, the rock panning,

Easy Reservations. I didn’t expect a traffic circle before arriving after dark and missed a turn. Thank you for the call to say key would be in cabin. Cabin could use a fan and better placed outlets. Dirty under beds and in between the mattresses and bed frames/support. No freezer in fridge; I like to use to refreeze ice packs for next day travel. Wish I could have stayed longer to sit poolside.

We loved the Safari Tent and the pool was very fun. When we arrived the fridge was not cold enough for our food so we had to rush out and get coolers and ice. Thankfully the rest of our stay the fridge was cold.

Indianapolis KOA Holiday This is a HUGE Campground, which is kept up beautifully. The grounds are very well done - but, considering how expensive this Campground is, the grounds should be beautiful! There is a decent amount of room between sites, some sites much more room than others, but it all works. We were there when it was blisteringly hot, so most campers were in their RV's with the AC on. The pool was great for kids (not very deep, and not really for swimming), but there wasn't any shade to be had. Although there were tables at the pool with umbrellas, they did very little to shade you from the sun. The people in the office were helpful and the WIFI was solid. The bathrooms were clean. There were some ENORMOUS RV's here. Campers were quiet and respectful. Recommended, but expensive.

We stayed at this KOA several times years ago as a midpoint stopover. We recently did so again, in a cabin. They did not disappoint. The amenities and upgrades they have added have made this a go to stopover for us again. We travel with a pet, hotels have become ridiculously expensive for their "non-refundable deposit". The only negative is the A/C unit was undersized for the cabin, took until evening to really cool off, it was a very hot day. But, it was comfortable by bedtime.
