Staff is excellent! We rented a deluxe cabin this time and the cabin was great. I would have liked it to be cleaner and for the amount of money we paid I would have liked it if the 2 additional beds were already made. I didn’t expect to have to put the sheets on myself. Our cabin was in need of some new pillows.

Best koa I ever stayed at... Clean...well kept..staff very friendly....only thing I stayed in a camping cabin and could not lock the deadbolt except with a spoon handle that I slid under the bolt and lifted the same time as turning the key... I told the maintenance guy who responded to the power outage...

Clean, quiet, not too many activities for kids outside of the splash pad (awesome) and playgrounds. The staff are extremely nice, sincere and helpful. The splash pad is the only one we've visited that 100% of it is operational. Our group enjoyed it a lot.

Well the KOA requirement that you can’t reserve your site a year in advance truly messed up our stay we have been using the same site for years and with your new policies we could not get the same cabins that we had for years! If we can’t get all of our sites that we have been getting again we may have to look for a new place to stay!

Some of the young ladies working in the office were super friendly and helpful! Lots of maintenance and improvement work clearly done the past few years. Bathrooms were nice, but one soap dispenser was empty the entire time. Pizza and ice cream were good and a fair price. The hours open on signs were clearly outdated and made for confusion. Playground needed weeding. Rec room was fun.

We enjoyed our stay at the Indianapolis KOA this past weekend. The camper cabin we stayed in was exactly what we were looking for. Staff is extremely friendly and all the facilities were clean. Can't wait to come back.

The check in process was easy and nice. The employees were very welcoming and I loved the shade tree at the cabin we stayed in although the fancy RV sites here are beautiful. Nice getaway for the weekend.

Was working out of town near this Koa and opted to stay in a cabin instead of a hotel, we got a 2 bedroom fully furnished cabin and it worked out great. Very clean and comfy, would be a great place to take kids. Would stay at again if in the area!

Campground was clean. Customer service was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and pizza was great. My daughter(and me) loved the horses and goats! appreciated getting the text of a heads up regarding the detour. feel it was a little expensive for the off season with no access to much outdoor activities or any other activities. Need to add stepping stones to get to SL1 due to mud/weeds

Great place to stay. Stayed in a cabin, very clean and well kept. Kids loved the horses and playground. Staff as super friendly and accommodating.

This was very disappointing ! We saw in our directory that this was listed as the best in the country. What a poor discription. The people were friendly, but our Kamping Kabin did not have a heater, the toilets in the bathrooms were not firmly connected to the floor. The trough sink did not drain properly and there was slime in it. There was horse manure all over the roads. Not a nice place !

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The cabin you were in had a heat pump so you had air and heat. We wish you'd let us know you were not aware of how to work it. As for the horses, they are local celebrities and think they can just poop anywhere. We're still working with them! Not enough room to address other complaints.

My family of 4 had a great 2 day stay. We stayed in a cabin that had a yard which we tossed football and played volleyball in for hours. My daughter loved Fred and Rain (the horses) and my son loved the Ping Pong table in the common area. We ventured out a few miles to some restaurants and a pumpkin festival, which was very fun. Overall it was a great time and we will be back!

Stayed just one night on the way through and it was perfect for our needs! Two families with young kids. Check-in on a weekday was easy, staff were friendly, and the kids LOVED the pool with slide and splash pad. We enjoyed the pizza that the staff delivered poolside. Only saw one main bath house, so pack a portable potty if you need one. Would recommend this as a nice location for a pass through Indiana!

We LOVED this campground. Amazing staff, extremely well cared for grounds, spacious sites. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for short and longer stays.
