I spent over $2000 at your KOA this year , and asked for a later check out (beyond my control with my business in Indianapolis), spaces were no more than 1/3 filled. You still charged me for the late check out even though there was no demand for the space. This was a poor judgement call on your part in not appreciating your customers. Adaptability is how one stays in business.

Easy in and out of the park.the staff were all friendly. Pizza delivered to site plus. Great access to the near by rv service center. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the laundry room was closed for painting and I wasn’t able to use it .

Very pretty setting. Nice spacing between sites. Very little highway noise. Campground staff very pleasant. Convenient location. Easy access if you follow directions on campground’s website. Loved having pizza delivered to site!

The logistics to check in are not good. A bit tight for.the bigger rigs. The speed bumps have to go! Also there are too many buddy sites and the way they are set up adds to the logistics problems. The facilities seem to be good but maybe not a good stop for an overnight stay.

Second time staying here. Had a hiccup in that I didn’t get in the campsite I thought I reserved. No problem, the young people working here went above and beyond what was needed to make our stay comfortable. Such nice young people who aren’t hesitant to help in any way. From check in to the 2 young men who kept coming by my site to see if everything was okay, I am grateful. Will be back!

Short, off-season stay but very enjoyable. Love the staff.....very helpful, friendly. Campgrounds were very clean and well organized. A little pricey as all of KOA facilities are nowadays. Wi-fi was very good.

The office staff communicated very well, the campground was immaculately kept, and the sites were level and spacious. After our stay, I wished we had more time to enjoy the amenities. The cost to value ratio was excellent.

Beautifully maintained campsite. Many large sites for big rigs. Our site was a back in and could use a little gravel.

This campground is the best! Friendly staff, beautiful lots, snack shack with pizza, wings and ice cream with lots and lots of activities. We loved it. Just a warning for big rigs towing, driving within campground is tight, but well worth the stay.

We got there at 11 pm. Our sheet was on wall. No problem. We went to our site. Couldn’t pull thru as the lot next door #26 pulled up so far ahead we couldn’t drive in. Took us 35 mins to wiggle in. Office was closed but hen we left. Not OK

We have stayed in 15-20 KOA's across the north and west; THIS ONE IS THE NICEST! Grounds are imaculate. Someone sunk some money into this place; very well done. The horses and goats were a nice touch. Great staff, a solid 10!

Sites are spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating in every way. The laundry facilities are probably the best we’ve come across in so of our travels. There are lots for the kids to do as well. Highly recommend.

This KOA campground is better than others we have been to. It's very well tended and clean. The Office/Store offers so much more than I would have expected. The Hunt Bros. Pizza was absolutely delicious and to deliver it to our site smokin' hot was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there just overnight on our way home, so we didnt have a chance to visit the whole camp.

Came in after Dark. Didn't/couldn't see sign leading to Check in... You don't really need those big Speed Bumps... Shakes the Coach too much..

Fantastic experience at the KOA! The staff was incredibly kind. The bathrooms and common spaces were clean. The campsite-delivered pizza was good. The playground and animals were a hit with our kids. Not a ton of solid tent sites, but we enjoyed our spot. Bathroom is a bit far from the second loop to walk in the middle of the night, but we managed! We sure hope to be back!

Very nice campground. SUPER friendly girl checked us in. Wow, bubbly personality. Some have really nice sites. We got one in the back forty so it was a walk to the office and amenities. Although we were close to the dog park and playground, which we didn’t use. We did walk to get an ice cream though. That was nice. Having the rear exit so you could sneak out was nice.

We were having a very bad day. We had spent the night in a rest stop west of Effington Illinois with our old puppy Bear. His kidneys failed. We had to put him to rest. We were devastated, exhausted and couldn't go further. Fortunately they had a spot at this KOA. We stayed 2nights. The staff were kind and accommodating. We will stay there every time we're in the area

It was our first stay at a camping site. We had just bought our camper and were travelling back home. These total rookies had the best experience, friendly staff and very helpful. The grounds were well kept, clean and the camper site was awesome. I would definitely stay again.

The camp ground was fantastic! One of the best KOA's. The only problem was the bathrooms, if located across the creek, it's a long walk. So if your in a small travel trailer or tent and you are located across the creek, you may have to take a squat. There are two sections, one close to the facilities and office and one across the bridge. It's really beautiful if there is no need for facilities.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Indianapolis KOA campground for two days, and we were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and amenities offered. This campground truly stands out for its top-quality features and reasonable prices. First and foremost, the range of amenities is outstanding. From two playgrounds for the kids to a 24/7 laundry facility, basketball court, and even a dog park, there's something for everyone. We especially appreciated the variety of food options available, including hand-dipped ice cream, pizza, wings, and more. The campground also offers unique activities like gem mining sluice and horse and goat feeding, which adds an extra element of fun. Additionally, there is a water park with water slides and splash park. In terms of RV accommodations, the campground provides a wide selection of sites to choose from, including pull-thru or back-in options, 30- or 50-amp electric and sewer hookups, and even KOA Patio Sites for added luxury and space. The sites were clean, level, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. What really sets the Indianapolis KOA apart, though, is its exceptional value. Despite offering amenities and facilities comparable to high-end RV resorts, the prices here are incredibly reasonable. In fact, we found the facilities to be just as good, if not better, than other places we've stayed at during our travels. Overall, our experience at the Indianapolis KOA campground was nothing short of excellent. Whether you're a family looking for a fun-filled getaway or an RV traveler in need of a comfortable stopover, this campground is a five-star choice any day. Came here to use the dump station, easy in and out. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is you have to check in at the office first and when you come out the dump is on the wrong side so you have to turn around, luckily there's enough space to do so relatively easily.
