From Chicago - Take I-65 south to exit 201, turn left going east on U.S. 24. As you enter Monticello, turn left at the 2nd stoplight (6th Street) where the Indiana Beach sign is located. Continue north, please note that the name of the street will change to N.W. Shafer Drive. You will pass the south and north entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Park. The KOA campground entrance will be one block north past the stop light on the left side of the road.
From Indianapolis - Take I-65 north to exit 178 located northwest of Lafayette. Turn right onto State Road 43 going north. In the town of Reynolds make a right turn onto U. S. 24. As you enter Monticello, turn left at the 2nd stoplight (6th Street) where the Indiana Beach sign is located. Continue north, please note that the name of the street will change to N.W. Shafer Drive. From Fort Wayne - Take U. S. 24 west to Monticello, you will drive through downtown Monticello. Turn right at Walgreen's onto 6th Street, you will also see the Indiana Beach Amusement Park sign. From Cincinnati - Take I-74 to Indianapolis, then I-465 east to I-865 towards Chicago. From 865 you will take I-65 north to Chicago. The Red Deluxe Cabins are cozy accommodations that sleep 4-5 people. The cabins feature two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with bunk beds), a full bath and a cozy living and kitchenette area with a futon. Each Ideal Cabin has a picnic table and a charcoal grill and fire ring. Red Deluxe Cabins have access to the swimming pool. All units have air conditioning, and showers. Bedding and towels are NOT provided and should be brought with you. Each cabin has a mini-refrigerator and microwave. When planning your vacation, remember to bring along the following: paper products (this includes toilet paper), trash bags, and cleaning supplies as these items are not furnished. Other items you may wish to bring include a radio, fishing tackle, and lawn chairs.

Cabin 15. This lovely cabin has a screened in porch and can sleep 8. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Just off the kitchen area is a screened in porch. There is a fireplace and futon in the main area where the kitchen is located. The cabin has a bath with shower and a half bath, along with a loft for small children or teens to sleep. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a picnic table and stand up charcoal grill plus a fire ring.

Cabin 13 - 14. These park model units can sleep 8 and have a bathroom. The kitchen area has a sink, two burner electric cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave. The front room has a table with chairs, along with a futon. Another bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the master bedroom has a queen bed. The cabin has air conditioning. Outside is a picnic table and stand up charcoal grill plus a fire ring.

Cabins 11 - 12. These log cabins can sleep 8, and have a bathroom with a shower. The front room has a queen bed, futon and a table with 4 chairs. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen sink in the front room. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Air conditioning is included. Enjoy sitting at the picnic table on the covered porch. There is a stand-up charcoal grill and fire ring.
