Our first time here and we absolutely love it! The coneflower cabin was perfect and when we come back I will request it. The staff is friendly, the grounds while small were extremely well kept. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a campground. Even though it rained a lot we still enjoyed our time here. The only con is the beds are super squeaky! Our little family had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campground was very well maintained and has many available amenities. The cabin we stayed in was ideal for our extended stay. It overlooks the fishing pond, with a large, attached porch. Kerin, Tom and staff work very hard to maintain a delightful campground in the beautiful hills surrounding the KOA. We have already reserved our visit for next year!

My husband and I stayed here this week for our anniversary. Everything from the Deluxe cabin to the grounds and amenities were wonderful. Staff was amazing and kind. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

My daughter, her husband and her two children and I stayed in the deluxe cabin which was quite accommodating. The large deck off the common area was a great space overlooking the fishing pond. Well kept grounds. The pool looks brand new and it's heated so that's definitely a plus. The Gorge is 15 minutes away. It's a quiet Campground, perfect for relaxing.

Great place and very helpful staff. We rented a cabin and it was spotless. Well maintained campground. Decent size pool. Looks like a family owned campground. Super nice and helpful people. We would be visiting again.

We stayed in the Coneflower cabin. We liked the pools, fishing pond, Amish bakery and the live music on Saturday evening. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Our deluxe cabin was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. It was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities advertised on the website plus many we weren’t expecting like a Keurig, shampoo/body washes in the bathroom, cabinets filled with kitchen gadgets to use and even a microwave. The property was wonderful and the outdoor pool looked amazing! Would definitely come back.

Pricing is a bit high for cabins. Kids activities were great. Staff was awesome. Outside pool was a hit with grandkid's. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Houghton/Letchworth KOA. Great location to visit other attractions. The staff was so helpful during check in and accommodated us at a different RV site that we liked much better and was closer to our daughter and son-in-laws cabin. The grounds were great with many things to do. Tom gave the kids tips on catching fish at the pond. We will definitely be back!!

We used it as a base for hiking the Finger Lakes Trail. Very nice and clean place with friendly owners and fellow campers. Stayed in cabin with bath which was terrific. Sunday night band was a nice touch! Saturday night bingo was fun too.

I believe this was our fourth consecutive year at this campground. That in and of itself should tell you how much we enjoy staying there. And yes we are looking forward to next year already. We typically go early in the season just to get away. It is peaceful, and you couldn’t ask for a better staff. Customer service is a definite priority. See you guys next year!!!

Been staying here a few times a year for several years now. Tom and Karin go the extra mile to keep all their guests happy. Great events, themed weekends, plenty to do while there. The only campground I have ever been to where quiet hours are actually quiet. Keep up the great work and see you in 2024!!!

My little cabin was very nice. It was laid out so well and had everything I needed. Even a covered porch with a bench where I could read while it was raining. The campground was laid out nicely and the cabin was easy to find. The only drawback was the smell of the cleaning fluid- it was so overpowering that I had to open all the windows and turn on the fan for awhile.

We had an absolute blast! They had so many fun things for the kids for Halloween. We are going to pre book for next year! “Cowboy Hank” was great! He did such a great job with the kids. Karin and Emma were so friendly and had such a nice little Halloween party for the kids with games and trick or treating. Karin was even amazing with just simple communication with any changes that were made!

Had a great time but there were a lot of issues with internet and cable connection this year which we've never had before. We were unable to use the tv in Cabin 1 at all. Also, the toilet would run on occasion. Fixed it easily enough but we left before we could inform the office.

Thank you for your comments. Spectrum recently upgraded our cable system to digital, but did not update our wifi modems. Spectrum came out and fixed the issue over the weekend you stayed with us, so you should have been up and running on Sunday. Next time, please come to us with any issues.Thank you

+ : Rustic Cabin: great//novel (for NY?) loft layout. Had all we needed. Bathrooms exceptionally clean, modern ~ : Location nothing special. Close to Letchworth SP a deciding factor, but grounds/countryside nothing spectacular. Not worth the price. - : Common areas felt like a commercial farm. Seasonals a real detriment: unkempt, overgrown, continuous fan noise. No "KOA Holiday".

The cabin was clean. However, the mattresses were uncomfortable. We paid extra per night for another adult & those bunkbeds are truly designed for kids-the bunk mattress is awful thin too-so bad that the other per left instead of staying the 2nd night. Also, we didn't realize there was no stove- luckily we were able to grill outside. We liked it, but due to the beds, I wouldn't stay again.

Thank you for your comments. Sorry, your friend did not have a great experience. The bunk-bed mattresses are standard in every KOA deluxe cabin. We have never had any complaints. We have a mattress topper we could have provided you. Most adults reserve cabins with two full or queen size beds.

Got chewed out for arriving 15 minutes early. After driving a long distance and never being there before this was unavoidable. Cabins w facilities showed unavailable on line. All Cabins were empty beside us during our stay!!

Thank you for your comments. You were not chewed out as you said about arriving 20 minutes early. We just advised our check-in time is 2:00pm and we were still working on cleaning the cabins, but yours was ready. You are correct, the deluxe cabins were available and we would have gladly moved you.

I loved the new cabin. It was everything that i expected and a hole lot more. Tom And Karen do such a great job in the campground it by far is the BEST campground that we have stayed at year after year. I can't wait to see what is next for the campground for next year. I will be sending in my resveration for next year next week.

Everything was great. Cabin was clean and modern. Although we had a private bathroom we got the chance to use the public ones and were amazed how clean everything was. My son really enjoyed the pool and it was nice and heated. A lot of pride in ownership at this location.

This place was super clean and well taken care of. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of things to do close by (within two hours) as long as you're the outdoorsey type. The campground was extremely quiet. Fantastic place to stay.

This campground is the most peaceful one I’ve ever stayed at. It is very clean and well maintained. Great for families with heated pools, rec room and playground. Plus a nice fishing pond and trails for hiking. Deluxe cabin was perfect for 4 people with lots of extras and large side deck. First time staying at a KOA and it was a great experience!

This was the best KOA we have ever stayed in! Staff was GREAT! The sites are not on top of one another. Cabins are clean and comfortable. When there was a mechanical problem our help came almost immediately. The bingo was fun. Pool are well cared for and maintained. The kids had lots of fun on the playgrounds. The toddler LOVED the crooked house. I can not say enough good about this KOA.

Very clean and comfortable. The heated saltwater pool was amazing. The only thing I would recommend since there was no stove or burners would be to have a propane barbecue.
