We loved our cabin! We stayed in Coneflower and totally enjoyed it! The only downside was no electrical outlet in the loft to charge phones. The Camp K9 was huge! Our dog enjoyed how spacious it was! The biggest one at a KOA I've been to! Very friendly staff! Already booked the same cabin for next year!!

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The sites were clean and well-kept. Bathrooms were thoughtfully designed and laid out, but they could benefit from a deep cleaning as some black mold was visible in the crevices. While we didn’t have the chance to use the pool, we visited the lodge and pool area, both of which were in excellent condition. We look forward to returning in the future.

Spot C4 was perfect with gorgeous bow of pond. I was looking for peace and I found it at this KOA. I exhibited myself at Letchworth State Park and rested at KOA. Tom the owner was a gentleman and a straight shooter. Highly recommend this KOA TO ANYONE

I've stayed at many KOAs and this one was easily in the top 3 where I've stayed. Quiet, clean, great amenities, customer friendly, beautiful scenery and in the country. Not near any major interstates like many are. I will admit that we went mid-week so I'm not sure how it would be if every site was filled. I had RV issues and they sent a repair person over. We will return.

Wishing that the pool had later hours. Also, need some benches by the playground for parents to sit at to watch the children

Thank you for your comments. Our pools are open Friday and Saturday 10 1/2 hours until 8:30pm and from Sunday thru Thursday 9 hours until 7:00pm.These times are based on when the majority of people swim and our staffing hours.The pavilion is where most parents sit at the playground.

I loved my site at this KOA! Lots of space between me & my neighbors and close to the exceptionally clean laundry room. The salt water pool was lovely, too. The only downside was that after I spent about an hour at the pool, I went to the Kamp store to get some ice cream and it had closed 10 minutes before the posted closing time. I was really disappointed as the Ben & Jerry's was calling to me.

Our extended family has been coming for about 4 years every July and it is a very lovely, well managed place! We love it! Tom and Karin and the staff are always helpful and friendly!! This year was another great experience!!

We so appreciate this campground. Beautiful grounds- very well kept. The owners are lovely and helpful. The sites are spacious and surrounded by mature trees. It’s a little jewel nestled in the woods. We always enjoy camping here! It never disappoints.

There were no signs for where to turn off the state highway. My motorhome hit many low branches on the County road and in the KOA park. I almost hit the entrance gate on the way in because it was on a timer and did not sense the motorhome.

Thank you for your comments. At the bottom of every confirmation its says not to follow GPS. GPS will take you on the shortest route which is not the best route. We have detailed instructions on how to arrive to us without any issues. Like with any electronic gate it stays up a minute after swiping.

We stayed in the campground for two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. The sites are not close together like in some KOAs and most have shade. The restrooms were always clean. The owners are friendly and helpful, they assisted us when we were low on fuel and needed to find a gas station. It’s a short drive to scenic Letchworth State Park. We hope to return again.

The bed was not comfortable. It had a rut in the middle. The porch swing was broken(missing a bolt on the left side), which I told someone about, but it never got fixed. The brochure states that we would have cable/TV, we did not, we could not watch. The wifi was not good. The toilet water ran. Window blinds broken. Garbage under the bed. Tree fell, after we told staff it was cracking!!!!!

Thank you for your comments. All mattresses in the cabins are brand new. You told management about the swing when you left. The sheet you signed told you there was no cable. No other complaints on wifi. Toilet/blinds fine, Cabins are cleaned thoroughly and we cut the tree so it would fall.

We have stayed here many times. The grounds are well kept and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a great dog park for exercising your dog. Pools are very great too. Families will also like it here. Will go back again.

out of all the KOA that we stayed at this campground is the best. That is because Tom and Karen take care of the campground and the people staying there like they are family. I will be coming back to this campground again and again.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was very nice and clean. The bathhouse was very nice and clean. We really enjoy going to this campground everyone is very friendly and everything is clean. We love the heated pool. It’s very clean and relaxing. Karen and Tom are great people and do a great job with the campground!

Pros: very quiet and bathrooms were clean. Cons: had to disconnect car and tow, Dolly when leaving (not enough room to turn around). Both pools not heated. No cable TV, everything in the arcade not working. At $100 a night I expected better. I don’t think it lives up to KOA standards.

Thank you for your comments. A few things we must correct. The outdoor pool is heated. Indoor is usually heated, but was down for maintenance. Arcade games all work. We are always available to answer any questions. We have won the KOA Presidents and Founders award ten years in a row.

We Love Houghton KOA, we have been visiting for 5 years now. Very clean and staff is super friendly. Pool is very nice, heated but not too much so still refreshing. Store is nice and open daily. I asked if they had eggs and they went and got some fresh from their chicken's. Usually have kids activities Friday and Saturday and live music varies. Site is very close to stores, ice cream parlors...

Very nice KOA ! The owners are awesome people and very helpful, go the extra mile to make sure your stay is exceptional. Beautiful heated pool and fun activities. We really enjoyed our Fourth of July stay.

We stopped here so we could hike around Letchworth State Park. Our site was level and had a very nice large patio made with pavers. There were two Adirondack chairs and a nice fire pit. The staff was kind and pleasant. The camp store didn’t have as many offerings as most. Town wasn’t too far away for supplies thankfully. This wasn’t as elaborate as most of the KOA holidays but still a nice

Had an amazing time , we had an amazing tent spot private wooded area by the pond. My family and I enjoyed it so much we were sad to leave. The staff were so friendly, pool was nice and bathrooms were very clean!! If you need a sign to book this is it. You won’t regret it.

Campground was clean, pools were in great shape staff was very friendly. Was nice to have an area to let the dog off its leash. Was very disappointed that all of the trails that are advertised were a mess. Downed trees, picker bushes and weeds everywhere.

Thank you for your review and comments. Unfortunately due to the very wet spring we have been unable to clean or clear the trails. We've tried and got stuck due the ground conditions. Now that the warmer weather is here we will be able to maintain them.

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely KOA. Facilities were clean and the pool was warm! We will stay there again!
