Very nice campground, with lots of activities/amenities. Bathrooms near our site were top notch. Depending on where your site is, the pool/activity hall are quite a distance- you will likely need to drive or get a golfcart- this is maybe the only negative. Our back-in camper site was good, the sites are not very wide, but have a lot of room to the back

The park was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again soon!

The cabin was clean. However, the mattresses were uncomfortable. We paid extra per night for another adult & those bunkbeds are truly designed for kids-the bunk mattress is awful thin too-so bad that the other per left instead of staying the 2nd night. Also, we didn't realize there was no stove- luckily we were able to grill outside. We liked it, but due to the beds, I wouldn't stay again.

Thank you for your comments. Sorry, your friend did not have a great experience. The bunk-bed mattresses are standard in every KOA deluxe cabin. We have never had any complaints. We have a mattress topper we could have provided you. Most adults reserve cabins with two full or queen size beds.

Very nice campground. The owner was friendly and went out of his way to find us a site on a Saturday when we unexpectedly arrived a day earlier than our reservation. The campground was quiet but had plenty to do for all ages. The sites were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This campground is a hidden gem. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax during the week, this is your place. Quiet, clean and peaceful. Newer restrooms, newer pool, great people. The owners, workers and seasonal are very friendly. Looking forward to going back.

We were only there for two nights but will definitely return. Loved the location near Letchworth Park. The service was friendly, campground sites are spacious and the restrooms updated and spotless. Would definitely recommend this campground to friends and family.

Got chewed out for arriving 15 minutes early. After driving a long distance and never being there before this was unavoidable. Cabins w facilities showed unavailable on line. All Cabins were empty beside us during our stay!!

Thank you for your comments. You were not chewed out as you said about arriving 20 minutes early. We just advised our check-in time is 2:00pm and we were still working on cleaning the cabins, but yours was ready. You are correct, the deluxe cabins were available and we would have gladly moved you.

Lovely quiet campground and very well maintained/clean facilities. Staff always very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay hear again. We stayed in C06 and had a lovely view over the lake. There is not much (aside from Letchworth State Park) to do in the immediate vicinity so be prepared to travel a bit if you want to eat out etc. and visit local towns.

Nice staff, nice campground. Bathrooms were spotless when we arrived however the weekend campers came in and bathrooms were not kept up with all the traffic. Was disappointing.

We love this campground. They are always making improvements! It is clean and well manicured. They staff are delightful, helpful and have become friends. The sites are spacious and lovely. This is one of our favorite places to camp. It is close to Letchworth and Stony Brook state parks and right next door to Houghton University.

Loved it here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Grounds and facilities were clean. Kids had a great time and we enjoyed how quiet it was at night. Will definitely be coming back.

The bathrooms were extremely clean. For the price I paid for a KOA, I thought that the camp ground would have been more spread out from my neighbors. I picked a site that was supposed to be more secluded but it was like camping in a big city.

This is one of my favorites. Peaceful. Mixture of open spaces and woods. Great k9 run for the dog. Trails in the woods to take the dog for a walk or just get in touch with nature. If you want to venture out. There's some little shops and restaurants close by.

I loved the new cabin. It was everything that i expected and a hole lot more. Tom And Karen do such a great job in the campground it by far is the BEST campground that we have stayed at year after year. I can't wait to see what is next for the campground for next year. I will be sending in my resveration for next year next week.

This was our first stay at this KOA, but won’t be our last. This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Besides the spots being decent size, they very nice and well kept. There are very nice walking/hiking trails that take you through this beautiful property. The Wi-Fi signal is better than most other places. Absolutely would/will stay here again!

This is a great campground! Tom and Karin are constantly making improvements to make it better! The campground is very clean and everyone is very friendly! They have crafts for the kids and a very nice playhouse that’s a mini cabin. The pool is heated and very clean. We love this campground! We are going back next year.

Such a nice, clean campground! Our tent site was under a canopy of trees and next to a small stream; we were comfortable but also close to everything the campground had to offer! Tom was very nice and inviting and helped us with anything we needed as well!

Wonderful place, nice and quiet. Nice sites, pretty new and clean bathhouses. Pool was great and dog park was huge. Someone had pulled apart cable for tv at our site. Owner came and fixed it almost immediately! Would definitely recommend this campground!

Everything was great. Cabin was clean and modern. Although we had a private bathroom we got the chance to use the public ones and were amazed how clean everything was. My son really enjoyed the pool and it was nice and heated. A lot of pride in ownership at this location.

This place was super clean and well taken care of. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of things to do close by (within two hours) as long as you're the outdoorsey type. The campground was extremely quiet. Fantastic place to stay.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were tremendous and made us feel so welcome. The most awesome situation was with the owner, Tommy. Our adult children flew in to spend some time but there luggage was delayed. Tommy personally make sure that they were delivered to our site vs. making us come up to the office. Thank you everyone!!

Last minute book and so glad we did here!! Swimming pool to cool off after hiking all day and the area was so well kept and clean! Great friendly staff as well. Really hoping my travels bring me back here again some day!

We were on site C10 a very nice pull through site. We had planned on towing our trailer with our class C instead had to tow with our car Thomas was very accommodating to let us park the car with trailer on a different site as all would not fit on C10. The working campers Kayla & Ian were very helpful and friendly.

This campground is the most peaceful one I’ve ever stayed at. It is very clean and well maintained. Great for families with heated pools, rec room and playground. Plus a nice fishing pond and trails for hiking. Deluxe cabin was perfect for 4 people with lots of extras and large side deck. First time staying at a KOA and it was a great experience!

We had a great stay. The campground was very well kept and the people were awesome. Very helpful and courteous at all times. This is a very quiet campground and close to the Letchworth Park. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Excellent customer service. Very clean park and facilities. Great fishing pond. Tricky road in. Go slow. Close to lots of sightseeing.
