Terrible service. Sewer system not accessible. Office manager was difficult to deal with and was unwilling to listen to or resolve and problems. Poor management

So glad we chose the KOA over RV parks on the Spit! Beautiful views, quiet and less congested that other places. We stayed 12 nights and enjoyed every minute.

This is truly the best KOA we have ever stayed at. It’s friendly staff and well taken care of property makes it a joy to stay there. It’s a quiet, peaceful park just a short drive to the Homer Spit and the views of the Cook Inlet are phenomenal.

I feel there could be an additional shower house for all the campsites. There is only 1 with 6 showers for all - Possibly one closer to the lower level? Otherwise nice campground

Wonderful space, well kept grounds….feels more like a locally owned campground than a KOA (I am not fond of KOA…..usually too much like a trailer park. This particular KOA is wonderful. I wish there was better tv reception in the pull through sites. Overall, the only place we stay in Homer. ���

beautiful campground with gorgeous views out over the bay. everything is kept very clean. there is a bald eagle that loves to hang out in the trees at the campground. we loved our stay here.

I always love staying at this campground. The dog park is great for my dogs to be able to wander off leash for a few minutes. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I haven’t used them but I understand that the shower facilities are clean and very nice. There are so many fun things to do in Homer and this campground make a great base camp.

After a week of dip netting we were able to relax at your KOA. After many a fond memory of KOA's from my move from Mass to Ak, it was wonderful to experience the warmth of another KOA. Beautiful vistas, comfortable neighbors, eagles and the occasional moose ambling through the campground! I look forward to coming back!

We stayed in a number of RV parks on our 5-week driving trip from Montana to Alaska and back. Baycrest was among the best and we would highly recommend it to others. They were very accommodating, even when we called from Anchorage on short notice. The staff was friendly, competent, and the facilities were clean. The views from this location were awesome.

Checkin was easy, very friendly staff. The camping spot was very poor, so small that we couldn’t open our slide and our canopy at the same time. Pricing was steep for what we got.

Our site was a pull through on the upper level and the highway noise was totally unacceptable. Sleeping was impossible. The lower level back in sites are better and some offer a nice view.. Sites are close together and nothing in between to separate them. We would not stay in the premium pull through sites again.

Very nice stay, staff was awesome! I recommend this KOA. Showers were nice and hot, laundry room and bathrooms were clean and tidy.

We always enjoy our stay at the Homer KOA. Friendly staff, beautiful location, and convenient access to the town of Homer. We stayed in space 55 this time….a bit on the small side. I would encourage the campground to take one space out of this grouping and give every visitor to the campground a positive experience.

Don’t stay here if you have pets, unless you like being scolded by camphost grandpa. Camp host was beyond rude, demanding my dogs quiet down during the day. Why be pet friendly and have quiet hours if it’s always quiet time? The office ladies were so nice though, and the grounds well kept and beautiful.

Check-in was friendly. Sites 7-to-17 are by far the best, as at least you have a view. Some sites on the lower level are okay, also. We were in #19, and we only had a view when nobody was in sites 7-17. Generally, sites are too close, and there is no foliage separating sites. The Homer Trolley does not come to the KOA, and next time I'll stay in another campground closer to town and the Trolley.

Well managed and located camp near Homer AK with outstanding views. No issues or concerns. Good hookups, gravel "some leveling may be required", well maintained bathhouses/showers with only a couple of "dead" dryers for wash. But am very dismayed to see how much cost increase this and other locations have had. $2500/month is not OK.

We were greeted with incredible views the minute we pulled into the campground! We originally had wanted to book a site at Heritage campground on the spit, but they were full so my boyfriend booked here. I am SO glad he did! We had such a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The campground and facilities were always clean (they have a big laundry room, 4 separate shower rooms, additional restrooms, and a dish washing station). The site we had (#12) was a back-in patio site and was overlooking the bluffs and had incredible views. Our trailer is 34ft and we had plenty of room at the site, including space to park the truck next to our trailer. The site had a clean grill provided, BBQ tools, propane tank, a firepit, and a table with 4 very comfortable chairs. We had full hookups at this site too. We stayed for 4 nights but could have easily stayed much longer. I had to work the last day we were there and the wifi was strong and reliable. I'm a light sleeper...so was very grateful this campground was very quiet. If you want to party and get loud...this isn't the campground for you. But if you're looking for a clean, quiet, beautiful camping experience...this is the one! We will 100% be back!
