Southbound from Anchorage: At the Seward cutoff, go right toward Homer/Soldotna/Kenai through Cooper Landing to the end of the road. KOA is at mile 169, the first driveway shared with the Tesoro station. Keep right. If you crest the hill, you've gone too far (but the view will be spectacular!).

Alaska has interesting cell coverage issues. Our two main companies are not talking well internally to each other.
