We love the KOA, but this past weekend, staff were telling people to turn their music down (not loud first or last) at 1030pm on Friday of a long weekend. I respect noise regulations of course but we were on a site that direct opposite us had a yapping dog from the time they arrived until when we left Sunday. The dog was unattended the entire weekend. Where are the regulations for this nuisance?

Great place to spend our May 2-4 weekend. Summer has begun! Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. Firewood is available. And there were fireworks to mark the start of the season. This is a well-run campground.

The staff always do a wonderful job. We just finished the May long weekend and no body wanted to leave. The weather was a bit rough for a pop up tent, however we were lucky enough to reserve one of the Kooy Kabins for our last night- again clean and just what we needed. The park comfort stations are always clean. This has been one our two favorite parks over the last 6 years.

The hosts are warm welcoming, thoughtful &,made us feel cared about The deluxe cabin was fabulous! Bed was comfortable; kitchenette was well-equpped; bbq worked perfectly & all the necessary tools were there Nice bathroom with shower in the cabin Lovely Cafe table & chairs on deck along with great patio with fireplace & sturdy picnic table. Beautiful treed area. Pretty little lake

Beautiful environnement. Nice campsites where we were with vegetation all around adding to the feeling of privacy. Nice lake with access to boats and swimming. Nice mountainous surroundings. Easy access to Gros Mornes and surrounding attrations. Showers at the back were a bit too narrow for comfort but the ones at the main building were good. Staff were OK.

Koa was extremely accommodating and so kind! We will be back for sure, the dome was definitely a way to stay with your loved one. Resting by the water, seeing the stars from bed on a late fall night. Or sitting out in your private BBQ and fire spot. Maybe heating up the hot tub, we did it all! All in our own little oasis, we loved it. We came to disconnect from everyday life, and that we did. TU!

This is a beautiful park with incredible caretakers. Clean, pet friendly, and incredible scenery. We love our stay every year! Highly recommend!

The deluxe cabins and the geodome were both very comfortable and unique, and the staff were friendly, which made for a memorable holiday!

I made the reservation for one of there cabins. The conformation for the cabin said that check in was at 3:00 pm. We arrived there at 3:30 only to find that office is closed from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. (this is every day not just the day we were their) We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for someone to show up and check us in and give me the key and by then it had started raining.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for this. It was an oversight. You had made an online reservation at 2:09 pm. Your day of arrival was on the same day. Due to slow volume of traffic during off season we reduce staffing hours. Hope you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful province!

Beautiful Newfoundland koa. We had Fiona coming right at us and the owner gave us his contact info in case of an emergency. Got to like that!

We arrived in the middle of Fiona and can't begin to say how impressed we were. First was the how he placed the trailers to reduce the risk from storm damage then to have Shawn the owner email us directly and offer any assistance above and beyond while the storm was taking its toll. True customer service above and beyond. Well done!

We were camping when Hurricane Fiona hit. The campground owner called to ensure we felt safe and to provide alternate phone numbers in case of emergency and the registration staff accommodated several site changes as we tried to find more protection. The sites were beautiful and private, especially the ones lakeside, the campground was immaculate and it was really close to the park!

We arrived Friday Sept. 16, 22 for a 3 night stay. A friendly greeting and checkin started a very successful stay. The park is very well laid out with the sites very level and hookups well placed for an easy hookup. Thanksgiving Turkey Dinners and Halloween Theme nights made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend this park particularly if you are travelling in the fall.

Our deluxe cabin was a dream! The second we walked in we were amazed by how clean and cozy it was. The bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to the Gros Morne mountain trail which was awesome. You can see the mountain in the background. The facilities were clean and the ambience was very relaxing.

I really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Gros Morne. Loved how we could entertain our one-year-old on the campground with all the amenities offered and our dogs with the amazing hike around the pond. Everyone was happy!

First time ever staying at a KOA, it was the cleanest campground we've ever stayed at. Washrooms were super clean. Has a family feel to the park, you feel safe letting your kids roam. Park staff were super friendly and the store was well stocked. Fireworks were awesome. Seems they have activities planned for the whole season and a place for pets to socialize. Wonderful time, we will be returning.

Great private site (we stayed in #53). Restroom was very clean and both the showers and toilet stalls are individually enclosed for privacy.

A delightful stay once again. This park is spotlessly clean, the staff is second to none and the Attention to detail is amazing. I would highly recommend this for a stay in a Gros Morne!

Spent a beautiful weekend in a geo dome. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a few walking trails in the area. Hope to go back again someday because a weekend wasn’t quite long enough.

We loved here so much and stayed two extra days. We stayed at campsite 1 and there's water access right from your campsite. Staff was very friendly and definitely will look into other Koa campsites in the future
