We loved our stay. We had everything we needed, and the staff was amazing. We even had a staff member bring us more blankets because the weather was going to be cold. We already have next year’s trip planned

Was there for a little stay-cation, and I absolutely loved every minute of the stay. The Kabin was perfect, comfortable and clean. The bbq, patio chairs, and the fire pit was just what I needed. So glad the patio was covered since it did rain the most of the trip, but over all. It was a fantastic experience. Can’t wait to come back!

We camp at KOA every year, this year we did Thanksgiving/Halloween weekend too! Despite the less than ideal weather, we still had a wonderful time. The staff are always friendly, the campground is well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and family-oriented. Norris Point KOA continues to be one of our favourite places to make family memories, and we can’t wait to return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay on the 7th, when we arrived the hot tub was pre heated and only required the fire to be lit for a short time to maintain temperature. When we arrived this time on the 16th the hot tub was cold, and the wood provided wasn’t dry as the wood last time, we struggled to get the fire lit and unfortunately didn’t get to use the tub this time, otherwise great camping experie

We had a great stay. Park was quiet and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Only minor issues I had with our deluxe cabin was that there needs to be a mat at the door for sandy/wet footwear. I had to use one of my own beach towels so we wouldn't be walking in water because of the big amounts of rain we had that weekend. And another thing the cabin lacked was storage space for clothing.

We stayed in one of the rustic cabins(higher up on the road). Spacious for our family of four, and had everything that we needed. My only suggestion would be to extend the shelf(inside)all the way to the corner. Thank you!

We loved our stay. Bathroom/showers great. Cabin great. Very nicely maintained and laid out with plenty of privacy. A true Gen X old school flashback. Pinball machines, space invaders and PacMan in the games room. Well stocked store and the beach area and kids play area is great. A true classic KOA campground. Will definitely be back again.

all staff were great, with an emphasis on wayne & bobby. wayne was very clear with info and he helped us in G3/G4 with our hot tub situation. our hot tubs needed to be drained and cleaned. when we came back to our campsites after a few hours away, the hot tubs were perfect. he arranged bobby to go take care of it and bobby did excellent. thank you all so much. PS thanks for the caesar mixes lol

We just completed a 2 week motorcycle trip to Newfoundland (we are from Ohio in the U.S.), and weren't sure of our exact itinerary. Despite being fully booked, Jesse was able to accommodate us, as we had tents. We were in a pinch, and he went the extra mile, and was very helpful. Due to this, we stayed there again 2 days later, this time in a cabin. It was perfect. Thank You!!!

An amazing campground for families. Our kids loved the jumping pillow, playground, go karts, and water rentals. As parents, we loved how quiet it is in the evenings! The store had everything we needed. We stayed in the camping cabins and it was a beautiful waterfront location, where the kids could walk out and go for a swim or paddle in our inflatable right from the front door. We will be back!

We have been staying at KOA for years now and look forward to that every summer. We swam and the kids used the equipment. We enjoyed the peace and trails. Always worth the stay!!!

The campground and communal showers were clean, and so was our accommodations. Quiet hours were enforced which was really appreciated when camping with young kids. Lots of amenities for children. Overall excellent experience and we will be back again. Thank you!

We had the most amazing weekend with the most amazing view. We also forgot to take a frying pan for breakfast, and the owner let us borrow his personal one. They all went out of their way to make our stay perfect!!!

We stayed two nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities and public areas are very clean. We booked a basic cabin. Only thing I didn’t like was the long walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night in the dark. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

We love the KOA. However, the power was out during our entire stay. I do realize this is out of the parks control. However, I do feel that we should have been made aware of this prior to our arrival with the option to cancel without penalties or at least a discount should have been offered since the amenities advertised were not available for our entire stay.

Drove 6 1/2 hours and booked a dome site which I could see online was absolutely beautiful. Got there. No power had no power first or less from start to finish called over to talk to someone that worked at the front desk in the campground and she was very rude and obnoxious cutting me off when I was trying to explain my situation. Very disappointed

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately, there was an unplanned power outage that affected the two Towns. This outage lasted 44 hours. All businesses including most restaurants were closed during this time. The staff were very busy keeping the campground operable during this difficult time.

Our stay at KOA was excellent. Everything that was provided with our stay was well worth the price. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. We would return if visiting the area again.

There is so much good about this campground. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and capable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our little cabin by the water. Some constructive criticism: - garbages in the bathrooms overflowed - taps in showers take up a lot of space and make them feel small. They are also hard not to bump. - employees drive golf carts too fast and one was on her pho

Campground is in very good condition and staff very friendly. We had site #1 which was excellent right on the pond with a fire pit and 2 new Muskoka chairs. Site is well gravelled and dry. Service connecting electric & water. The common bathrooms and showers were quite a distance from the site, clean & basic. Free showers we didn't use. There are 2 pc baths close to the site. Very good for kids.

I absolutely loved GM/NP KOA Holiday! I travelled from NY State to hike in Gros Morne and was camping out of my car (Subaru outback). I was very impressed with all aspects of the Campground: laundry, store, checking and the well kept and spacious site. I highly recommend this location to anyone camping in this area of Newfoundland. BTW: the campground was full but you would never know. Everyone was very respectful. I am sure to be back!

Gros Morne KOA Cabin Review We really enjoyed our stay at the Gros Morne KOA! Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a BBQ, microwave, heater, shower, toilet, regular bed, and bunk beds. The cabin was a great option for enjoying the Gros Morne area without having to tent camp. Everything was clean and in good condition. A couple of small things to note: firewood was not provided, so you'll need to purchase or bring your own, and the fridge is quite small, so don't plan on storing a lot of food. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. 👍🏕️
