Wonderful! Some suggested upgrades would be more sites with sewer and outdoor games (mini golf, shuffle board). I loved how quiet and natural the camp was. The moose, who we named Margie, was such an unique experience.

Very clean and well kept campground. Since it is in Bear Country, they notify all the campers every night about putting their trash away and not leaving anything out for bears to get. They also send out reminder text about dark hours so that campers don't leave lights on all night. It was a great place and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were clean. Great stay overall. Enjoyed the moose and other wildlife. And the proximity to the town of Grand Lake was very convenient.

I was charged $5 extra for a Saturday night even though it occurred during the middle of my stay. I checked in on a Wednesday, checked out on a Tuesday. When I questioned the charge, I was told it was because “Saturday is a busy night”. The campground was wonderful, and the staff was great. The substantiation of the charge is ridiculous. I will never use KOA again unless I get a $5 refund.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, the showers were wonderful, only complaint is no sewer hook ups otherwise would be 5 stars

Thank you for your comments. While work was being done on the sewer issue, we did have the honey wagon going around daily to the full hook up sites. Happily we can say the sewer issues have been resolved.

Had a wonderful time and stay at Grand Lake KOA. Peaceful and relaxing. The creek behind our site was great to sit by, listening to the flowing water and looking out at the mountain. We also saw a moose while sitting outside our camper. We already booked another stay and look forward to coming back.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Had Moose near our Campervan almost very day. We had a lot of rain, but our pad was well drained. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Good location.

We had group of 8 families and it was fun staying at Grand Lake KOA, staffs were super friendly, campsites were clean and easy check-in /check-out process. Enjoyed and one of the best site!!

Staff was awesome. Sites are awesome. The showers were very clean. Some areas of construction can’t wait to see what’s in store for this new to KOA campground.

I have paid full price for full hook up and there is no internet and sewer connection. The slot I park my trailer is not level. But all the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. The campground was experiencing sewer issue and the pros were on site working on it. You did have the honeywagon come everyday to pump you out. The owner is spending $10000 to upgrade the internet.

A bit pricey for what’s offered. Only had 30 amp hookup and sewer hookup not working because of issues with sewer system which apparently has been a problem for well over a week.

Thank you for your thoughts regarding our Grand Lake KOA campground. In regards to the 30 amp service, we do have 50 amp sites. Your reservation was made online by you. The sewer was damaged by the extreme winter and we are working hard with the pros to fix it as quickly as possible.

It was early in the season, and the staff is working hard to improve the sites and the infrastructure of the campsites. All staffers were friendly and helpful and I believe we became friends. We’ll definitely be back. This camp is less than a mile from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance in Grand Lake, which was awesome. We also enjoyed Grand Lake and Granby (about 15 minutes away).

We stayed here a great deal of the summer and its is an AWESOME place. The camground location is pristine. It's one mile from the western gateway of RMNP. Moose travel through the campground on a weekly basis. The owners, managers, and staff are passionate about doing whatever necessary to ensure your stay is great. The amenities are top notch. You've gotta stay here if you want to visit RMNP.
