We loved our stay! The cabin was very clean and peaceful. We loved the 4 person table for Dominos and eating meals when it was raining a bit. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The entire staff was very nice. It felt like a very safe place. We will definitely come back (we’re in COS).

Like always the staff was amazing especially Marty. We stood in cabin 11 with the new patio and loved it. Updated pool table in the rec room was nice. Love staying at this KOA any chance I can get.

We stayed 4 nights in a cabin it was great. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. We saw moose, a bull elk and all his cows. It was a great experience. And so close to RMNP

We stayed here in early August and the owner told us to come back in the fall to see the Elk and fall colors. We were not disappointed. The proximity to the RMNP and Grand Lake make this a great place to stay.

Beautiful cabin and KOA Park. We enjoyed playing In the game room the 1st night, visited RMNP Park and scouted for a summertime 2026 visit to enjoy kayaking the lake and RMNp and Lakes trails. Bathroom/shower areas were clean and welcoming. Park was beautiful clean, fun. It was mostly Dark after 9 pm to dark skies. It was dark beautiful at around 11 pm. Clear on second night with no clouds. Bonus.

We stayed for 3 nights. Night 1 we were woken up by neighbors yelling and fighting at 1130pm. The owner was kind enough to move us to another cabin and what a completely different experience we had. They were quick to fix the situation and to make everything right. Excellent customer service and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much for making it right!

We enjoyed first time at KOA, but I wish fee could be lower than what is going on rate. Place was clean and well kept! I will visit again.

Great place. Stayed in camper cabin which was nice. A few suggestions would be a nightstand by the beds and more lighting inside the cabin. Some cabins have a little light by the bed. Trash in the women's restroom was always full during the weekend stay so it would have been nice if they emptied it more often.

Beautiful area, and the facilities are clean. However, the full size beds in the camping cabins are the loudest I've ever heard. You can't shift at night without waking everyone up!

Everything is great with you campground. Literally the only thing is the mattress in cabin #4. It needs to be replaced in a bad way. It's terrible with no support and I slump into a hole in the middle. I weigh 120lbs. I love your campground and also cabin #4. I hope by next summer you replace this mattress. Thank you.

We stayed in cabin #13. This is our tenth year in a row staying here (some stays were prior to KOA ownership). Although overall the stay was nice and everyone was friendly and helpful, our cabin had paper towels in lieu of slats in the blinds. Hard to give you a 5 star rating when you can’t keep up on simple maintenance items like that. Please do better.

Once of the nicest KOAs we’ve visited. Very clean with excellent amenities. The bathrooms were very clean, and there were more than enough bathrooms available for its size. Very close to Rocky MT National Park entrance.

Our large group booked Individual reservations, & due to the employees incompetency, they managed to misbook 3 separate reservations, & instead of fixing & apologizing the went on to be extremely rude, relocated a large trailer to a new spot on our last night. VERY INCONVENIENT! Many of us have the same last name, they managed to confuse the reservations. We had over 10 cabins 7 Trailor sites.

We apologize for the confusion around the site reservations. However, in the end, we were able to resolve the booking challenges and make the reservation for the group. When the guest wanted to extend their stay, there was already a guest locked into the original site.

A moose was in the camp when we arrived and the cabin and bathrooms were very clean. We love this place due to the proximity to the national park, trails, Grand Lake, and all of the animals we have seen while staying here. This camp makes relaxing easy!

We love this campground and stay here every year. It is clean, well-kept and family friendly. The staff is great too! Our only issue this year was kids screaming and people partying past 10 PM on Thursday night. We had to call the after hours line but they took care of it. I wish someone from the staff did rounds at 10 PM to tell people to be quiet.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Being located close to the playground allowed our kids some freedom to play nearby and the little creek going through the property was fun for them to dip their feet in. The bathroom facilities were nice and clean. Can't beat the location close to the main strip of Grand Lake and the entrance to RMNP. We will be returning again.

Truly the best place to stay if you are visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Very convenient to the park entrance and the town of Grand Lake. Campground was very clean, had activities for kids, and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

We stayed at cabin 3 and it was perfect. The site and cabin was very clean. It was relaxing and so peaceful. The entire campground staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are maintained and the bathrooms and any area are kept clean. I would definitely be back! I wish I could have stayed another week.

There were no lit pathways from the areas of the cabins to the only bathroom. Even if they were motion activated and on the ground that would be better than nothing. Other than struggling to find my way in the dark the stay was OK.

This is by far the most beautiful RV park in Colorado that we have stayed at. We saw a moose travel through the park. The kids loved the playground. The bath house and laundry room were very clean. We would love to come back!

Cabin was very clean. Babbling brook wonderful! Office staff & grounds crew friendly & helpful. This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Grand Lake KOA, so we clearly are hooked. Especially when adding the proximity to the historic town of Grand Lake, RMNP West entrance & kayaking & fishing on the 3 nearby lakes. We even had a mama & baby moose visit the following fishing pond near our cabin!

We loved this park when it was Elk Creek Campground. It is now a KOA and we still love it. They've added some nice patio sites and made many improvements. This is the only place we will stay when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park from Grand Lake.

Excellent location, excellent service, super friendly staff. Wonderful campsite. We traveled over 5000 miles on a month West road trip, and this was by far the nicest KOA that we stopped at. Staff was super beautiful campsites nice and shady very private, and not stacked on top of each other. And the public facilities for the bathrooms and showers and laundry were in excellent shape.
