Lots of open space. When we booked the pickings were slim, no fault of KOA. Next time we visit this will get a FIVE with a better site. Staff was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful. The facilities were super clean. We appreciated the text reminders about restroom cleaning as well as other things that were important to know.

We found this KOA to be a very pleasant campground. Our site had good spacing and a view of the mountains in the background. The people in the office were very helpful. Phil went out of his way to make our stay exceptional.

The KOA was so clean and the staff so welcoming and friendly! Showers were the best with plenty of room and hot water! And oh the wildlife we saw Shout outs to Teri, Patty and Phil!

Great place to stay, the only draw back to the camp ground was the water pressure was almost non-exestant up on the hill at #27.

We continue to rebook a vacation at the Grand Lake KOA. Wonderful campground and your remodel and update of the premium sites is fabulous. We are coming back next September for a full week!!

I've done many KOAs' and this one ranks right up there as one of the nicest. The restrooms and showers were roomy, well maintained and clean any time we visited them. The majority pull-in RV sites had lots of tall shrubs and trees screening their adjacent sites. The employee's on site were all friendly and and helped every way they could to make our three visit a great experience. Thank you!

Second time in the KOA. Beautiful and relaxing. The team here will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. No moose sight this time, just a few elks, but we will come back soon. Grand Lake is such a quaint and relaxing place.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. A lot of work has been done to make each space feel very private. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definitely go back if in that area and we will be sure to spread the word!

Very clean , bathrooms, the landscaping is wonderful, grassy and clean except for the moose poo, lol yes we had moose visits. Our lot was unlevel, used all our blocks in the rear. We will come back. Really nice park. Highly recommend.

I loved how most of the camp sites had privacy. It was more like a typical campground with all the amenities. we weren’t all squeezed into a parking lot, like so many RV campgrounds. The campground was well maintained, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We stayed 2 nights last week and had an amazing time! The park is clean and laid out such that we felt alone even with neighbors. The TREX decking and pavers at our site were a nice feature that helped keep dirt and debris out of our camper. A visit from Mama and Baby Moose was a real treat! Your staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the private setting of our site. There are a lot of large trees which makes the overall appearance very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was consistent communications of helpful information via text messages. The restrooms were very clean. The WiFi was excellent.

Our visit was in a Class A with a towed vehicle. The site was clean and level, power post was high and safe for the surge protector. It was just an overnight stay, so I can't rate the other amenities, but the service and hostess were very friendly and gracious.

RV site 37 we were in was great. The site was wide and well graveled. This was the most spacious KOA we’ve ever been at. The separation between the sites was wonderful and definitely felt we had extra privacy. The bathrooms and showers were clean and upscale. We are definitely coming back.

Very pleasant staff. Clean and beautiful campground. Location is perfect for exploring Rocky National Park. Grand Lake is beautiful and the town is quaint . Nat Cho Mamas Bar and Grill was very good. Quieter on the west end of the park.

Friendly staff Our site was recently refurbished and was very nice with a deck, firepit, table and 4 chairs, graveled lot It was very nice! Baths ans showers were very clean and in great shape. Truly enjoyed!

First time here but not the last! The mama and baby moose �� that wandered through were bucket list check. “See a Moose in the lower 48.” ��� Awesome!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great RV park with lovely, helpful staff and good and clean bathroom facilities. Located halfway between National park entrance and the town/lake. The park itself is very well maintained. Would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed about four nights at this KOA Campground. We were very happy with most parts of it. Restrooms were clean and spacious and water spigots were high enough for tall people like us and hot water was not a problem. Office Personnel were very nice, helpful and congenial. The grounds for the most part were well taken care of and maintained. Our main issue was the lack of maintenance of vegetation and branches on the site we had to back into. Branches scratched up our RV and we were not able to park our vehicle in the space with our trailer due to the untrimmed branches on either side of the RV spot. Otherwise, the Campground was nice to walk through, pleasant on the eyes, and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park which was a priority for us.

Instantly at home — a spotless, welcoming base for Rocky Mountain trips-. What a friendly welcome at the Grand Lake / Rocky Mountain National Park KOA Journey. You feel at home right away. The sites are exceptionally clean and lovingly set up. A really good fire pit with its own seating, and a second terrace with everything you could want for RV camping. The staff are exceptionally friendly, no matter where you're from, and help you with a smile at any time. The perfect RV campground for extended Rocky Mountain trips. So don't hesitate — just go.
