This is a beautiful and well-kept campground. We brought our 6 year old granddaughter and we had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time. We brought a bunch of va kids to come camping and they had a great time but there was one older gentleman that would harass the kids at night. I was close by and would check on the volume and make sure they were respecting quiet hours and one time before 10 he came to yell at them and then another at 10:03 he yelled at them. I didn’t appreciate his harassment.

Very clean and staff was friendly! Campground was very noisy! Our second night an rv had his tv so loud that you could hear it everywhere even away from the campground! Only complaint!

We stayed at cabin 3 and it was perfect. The site and cabin was very clean. It was relaxing and so peaceful. The entire campground staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are maintained and the bathrooms and any area are kept clean. I would definitely be back! I wish I could have stayed another week.

What a beautiful campground right on the RMNP boundary. RV sites are surrounded by trees with ample space separating them, giving a sense of seclusion and privacy. And of course, I can’t forget the beautiful night skies, thanks to Grand Lake’s Dark Sky ordinance. Can’t wait to return.

This KOA is a great location for all types of outdoor activities in the Grand Lake area. Rocky Mountain NP is a few minutes away. Boating on three different lakes is nearby. There is a lot of hiking. The sites at the KOA are nicely maintained. Some are smaller than others, and some have more shade than others. The staff are very helpful and nice. Great place to stay while exploring the area.

This is a very good KOA Journey and could easily be a "Holiday" if it offered a pool. It is up close and personal with wildlife as we saw a mama moose and calf sauntering tbrough the campground. Restrooms are spotlessly clean. Office staff are friendly and responsive. Sites are pretty level. The dump site is well maintained. Proximity to the town and RMNP is a huge plus. Rates are reasonable.

There were no lit pathways from the areas of the cabins to the only bathroom. Even if they were motion activated and on the ground that would be better than nothing. Other than struggling to find my way in the dark the stay was OK.

If you are looking to camp near RMNP or Grand Lake, this is the place to stay. A clean campground with friendly and attentive staff. The facilities are top notch. It is close proximity to RMNP. Wildlife will walk right up to the campsite.

This is by far the most beautiful RV park in Colorado that we have stayed at. We saw a moose travel through the park. The kids loved the playground. The bath house and laundry room were very clean. We would love to come back!

I loved this campground. Well kept and with so many things to do!!! The location is also amazing and just a step away from beautiful areas to go visiting and hiking. We also saw a few Mooses and it was magical��I will go back in the future for sure!!!

Site extremely tiny, backed up to personal property with "no trespassing" sign, and no hookups at site. Had to get water and dump station at entrance.

Cabin was very clean. Babbling brook wonderful! Office staff & grounds crew friendly & helpful. This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Grand Lake KOA, so we clearly are hooked. Especially when adding the proximity to the historic town of Grand Lake, RMNP West entrance & kayaking & fishing on the 3 nearby lakes. We even had a mama & baby moose visit the following fishing pond near our cabin!

Very nice, clean and friendly camp. Office and ground staff were outstanding and willing to help with absolutely anything we needed. Beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains and right on the outskirts of RMNP. This camp is great for adults, kids and pets. Very close to the Grand Lake Boardwalk and surrounding Lake area with so much to do and see! I highly recommend this camp and will return again

Beautiful area with plenty of things to do. My kids LOVED the fishing pond and playing at the park with other kids. Wonderful spot and we will be back!

While our campsite was a distance from the facilities, we had a moose visit and that was awesome. The staff made sure we understood not to disturb the moose. Thank you for your care.

I slept in a cabin. It was roomy and comfortable. The grounds have great showers and bathroom clean with plenty of hot water. Great location just a minute from Grand Lake.

We loved this park when it was Elk Creek Campground. It is now a KOA and we still love it. They've added some nice patio sites and made many improvements. This is the only place we will stay when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park from Grand Lake.

We enjoyed our one night stay here (rooftop tent). Showers were extremely nice! Staff super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, excellent service, super friendly staff. Wonderful campsite. We traveled over 5000 miles on a month West road trip, and this was by far the nicest KOA that we stopped at. Staff was super beautiful campsites nice and shady very private, and not stacked on top of each other. And the public facilities for the bathrooms and showers and laundry were in excellent shape.
