The staff were very helpful and friendly. The resident moose visited every evening. That was so neat to see. The location to Grand Lake town is perfect. Very enjoyable. We were in site 37.

We stayed in a cabin. It was clean, but the mattress was terrible uncomfortable. But yes we would stay again if we have our RV

We rented a cabin for 2 nights. But, I had some health issues that required us to check out after one night. Later, after returning home, I noticed a refund of over $91. Extraordinary! What a kind and caring gesture! God bless you all. I am so grateful.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, I initially had an issue with booking but was able to get the owner on the phone with a quick resolution. As a solo traveler I felt staff was looking out for me as well! I ended up staying an extra night since it’s so close to the park

Wonderful stay!!! The staff, the weather, the simple but clean cabinets and the bathroom, laundry facilities were all outstanding � The little ones had tons of fun fishing, playing in the creek, in the swings and running around. We were even lucky to have a Moose visit us from a safe distance � What great fun we had in our little village � Thank you Grand Lake KOA!!!

We had the most wonderful 10 day stay. The campsite we had, #53, was superb. The staff were very kind and helpful to us. The facilities were always clean, the office well run and the little shop delightful. Our thanks to everyone there, Rogan & Caroline Taylor.

The staff is very friendly and assisted us at every turn. Restrooms, grounds and sites were very clean. Moose on the loose-fun to see!

. The staff was very friendly. The park was a couple miles away from the entrance to the national park. Grand Lake was less than a mile away, moose feeding right at your doorstep. All in all a very pleasant experience staying at this KOA.

This RV park is the best we've ever experienced! Right outside RMNP and a couple of minutes from Grand Lake, the convenience can't be beat. More than that, the park staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the park is VERY clean in every aspect! We would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for making this trip incredibly enjoyable. Bonus--moose visits 3 different days!

Great location! Very clean,super cozy and not a bad spot in the park! Beautiful!. We've stayed at a lot of KOAs and the staff has always been wonderful friendly and accommodating but....1st impression when we checked in the woman helping us was very short, unfriendly and distracted. She wasn't going to let us check-in because we were 20 minutes early!!!

Showers are VERY small but the handicap was NICE site are ok but it’s less than a mile to the park!!!!!

The location can’t be beat if you want to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake - minutes from each. Camper cabin is clean and comfortable. Showers and bathrooms are immaculate. We will definitely be back!

Our four night stay was wonderful from the get-go! Dave and the very nice ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful. This campground is very well managed by the staff and just around the bend from RMNP. We loved site #16 for its location and privacy—comfortably cozy with beautiful grass and trees all around. Great birding we had. What an experience seeing moose out our door two evening

We have stayed at this campground many times over the years. This was our first stay at the KOA managed campground. The tent sites have been improved and are now raised. The store has more items you might want, and the staff is fantastic and super friendly and very helpful. 10 out of 10, we would recommend, and we will be back to stay again.

As always, Grand Lake/Rocky Mountain Park KOA is welcoming, friendly with nice, clean Cabins, bathrooms/showers, a cute little store, amazing views & close proximity to RMNP west entrance as well as Grand Lake! Lots of hiking trails…our favorites are Adams Falls (go farther than the falls for spectacular mountain & meadow views & the Colorado Road River trail in RMNP. Mike was awesome & attentiv

We just got back yesterday after being at Elk Creek and we had a wonderful time. We saw a bull moose in the park and a mama and her baby while kayaking. People at the camp were so friendly. We had an awesome time, even if there was an occasional rain shower.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great RV park with lovely, helpful staff and good and clean bathroom facilities. Located halfway between National park entrance and the town/lake. The park itself is very well maintained. Would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed about four nights at this KOA Campground. We were very happy with most parts of it. Restrooms were clean and spacious and water spigots were high enough for tall people like us and hot water was not a problem. Office Personnel were very nice, helpful and congenial. The grounds for the most part were well taken care of and maintained. Our main issue was the lack of maintenance of vegetation and branches on the site we had to back into. Branches scratched up our RV and we were not able to park our vehicle in the space with our trailer due to the untrimmed branches on either side of the RV spot. Otherwise, the Campground was nice to walk through, pleasant on the eyes, and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park which was a priority for us.

Instantly at home — a spotless, welcoming base for Rocky Mountain trips-. What a friendly welcome at the Grand Lake / Rocky Mountain National Park KOA Journey. You feel at home right away. The sites are exceptionally clean and lovingly set up. A really good fire pit with its own seating, and a second terrace with everything you could want for RV camping. The staff are exceptionally friendly, no matter where you're from, and help you with a smile at any time. The perfect RV campground for extended Rocky Mountain trips. So don't hesitate — just go.
