It was hot in Goodland so we asked to upgrade to a cabin. They were helpful in upgrading. The cabin didn't have the air conditioning turned on so it was hot inside. Air conditioner that was not adequate to cool the cabin down from its current state. Sleep was better than staying in a hot tent but very warm all night. Wanted ice cream after dinner. Store closed when we went to office at 6:00.

I think I read other reviewers call this campground an Oasis. I would echo that term and say my wife and I found the Goodland KOA an oasis along a long road (Hwy 70) of open fields and prairie land. The campground makes a great stop for those who just can't drive anymore and need a place to spend a comfortable night. It's a clean, friendly, and quiet place to spend the night.

Not a bad place overall. A bit desolate for our tastes. The staff ( one very nice, sweet gentlemen) was very nice. The grounds could use some help. A very distinct lack of privacy and security. Bathrooms and showers need re-done.

Stay was great, Restrooms need updating, I'm sure they've heard this before. Wifi was good, wished the picnic table had been blown off before our arrival.

It is a great location. We stayed in a Cabin. Shawn the attendant was very pleasant and accommodating. The only issue we did find was the filter in the AC needed cleaning, as it was totally full of dust. We cleaned it and it worked great. We also seen a few ants inside on desk, and floor. Other than that we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and will stay there again in the future.

Stayed one night in 5th wheel traveling west. Park appears older but in nice shape. Pool clean. Office staff very pleasant. Doesn’t appear to have grounds maintenance or escort, easy to find site with map. We upgraded to a patio site w dog kennel. Very nice. RV site is gravel/ dirt. Needed to sweep patio/furniture due to tree debris. Trees seems to shed a lot of “leaf”debris. Prob hard to k

Was just passing through and stayed only one night. The young man that made our reservations and checked us in was very nice. The campground was clean and the sites were spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Electrically connection looked jury rigged and was not labeled as to service. WiFi never connected to any device, just spun and spun. If you are going to offer WiFi…make sure it works.

The owner wasn’t very friendly or helpful at all. After 6 he was gone and shop closed . Wouldn’t stay again !

We really enjoyed our short stay. Campgrounds are well maintained and staff was pleasant. A bag of ice was a little expensive but we needed it. We took a dip in the pool cold and refreshing after setting up camp. Did some laundry too, very convenient. Bathhouse was nice n clean. We met a friendly kitty there. Definitely would recommend staying there.

Sean at the front desk was great! We only stayed briefly, and for us, this location checked all of our shorterm boxes: clean restrooms, well-kept area, great showers. A surprise benefit was the nice cold swimming pool

We only stayed 1 night. Had our own personl puppy park, kinda small space, was ok for our small dogs. But they did walk out of it, the slats in the fence were to wide, not complaining thought it was funny. Nice place over all.

SUPER clean. Love the large Fifth Wheel spots with personal patio and dog run. Never have seen that at a KOA before. Nice touch. But again, quiet and clean. Very important to my wife and myself. Thanks!

Just an overnight stop but very convenient to the highway. The showers and restrooms were extremely clean, as were the grounds. We enjoyed our overnight and would stay again.

Over night stay. Easy in and out. Site was level. Unable to use the cable service. I know it’s been hot and dry but site was nothing but dirt. Grass was brown and almost dead.

What a gem of a campground! Large level sites! We have a 44’ rig and we didn’t have to level! It was perfect! Wonderful staff and beautiful manicured lawn! This Journey KOA was a lot nicer than some Holiday KOAs we have stayed in!!

My camping cabin exceeded my expectations by far. I arrived after dark & was pleasantly surprised the a/c had been turned on for me & the cabin was clean & bug-free. I slept well & the restroom was clean & everything worked well. I highly recommend this place!

Management was friendly, concerned about making things easy for us, very accommodating. The campground was quiet and the bathroom/ showers were awesome- super clean, hot showers, good lighting, not crowded. It was a great place for an overnight as we traveled west.

This is an awesome, pet friendly campground. We stayed on our way out to Arkansas to see the eclipse. I wasn't expecting a whole lot but I was pleasantly surprised. It is the most dog friendly campground I have ever stayed at. We got a deluxe pet patio spot which had a small gated area for the dogs, a really nice patio with a gas fireplace, separate table and bench. It was all spotless. There are two large dog runs on the property and multiple potty cans/bag dispensers around the property. Trees are large in the front area and the back area they will look great once they are grown in more. It is obvious a lot of work and care has been taken on this place. We liked it so much we stayed on the trip back in the same spot (A4 i think)

Most dog friendly campground we've ever stayed at! Small dog run in our campsite and we were across from the larger one. Heavy, windproof table and chairs as well as a propane fireplace. The campground was immaculate. We were greeted by Cindy with dog and people treats! We liked it so much we stayed on the way home as well!
