I feel the sites are too small for the size trailer and trucks. No truck can park in the sites unless sideways. New section is better but buggy over there.

The best KOA we’ve stayed at. The service, amenities, and facilities were great. The road noise at our site was barely noticeable.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained property. Every staff member was courteous, friendly and beyond accommodating. Be prepared for a workout if you go for a walk as the property is on a incline so staying near the pavilion is a plus. Food, firewood and ice were delivered to our site on demand with a simple text. One of the best KOA's I have stayed at. Will definitely stay again

Spot were spacious and had good tree coverage in the expansion area. The biggest comment would be that the dog park was waterlogged due to its location, which dampened our dog's experience and freedom of movement.

Stayed in a back in site. Was in a rooftop tent. Staff was amazing. Food was great. Will probably stay in the tent sites next time. But I have no complaints. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Kid friendly with plenty of activities going on to keep them busy and the pool was great.

We had 3 families ages 6 to 70 on vacation and this KOA fit all our needs. All amenities were well maintained and the grounds beautiful. All the employees were friendly and attentive. We had the best vacation.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved every minute of being able to go to the pool or park and the campsites were far apart enough to feel spacious! Loved the trees and everything about it! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay over 4th of July weekend here. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. We were located in the newer side of the park, but it was still a short walk to the store, pool, and dog park. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to stay close to the Smoky Mountains National Park!

Very pretty campground, neat and organized, a lot of support staff, wide variety of activities for kids and adults, far enough away from Gatlinburg to be remote but close enough to easily get to.

This is a beautiful campground with lots of activities. It is not as dog-friendly as it could be. Some of the sites have private fenced-in kennels, they are not large enough to run in. We take our two dogs out with us using leashes anchored to the picnic table. There is a fenced in dog run. It is located in an overflowing septic field! Yuck!. The sites are gravel with little grass for the dogs.

Preston was an enormous help in getting our cable tv setup. Sally and all the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Holli was great with the activities. And mantainance was great.

Great place. We reserved two cabins and three campsites for travel trailers. Group of 16, various ages. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The buildings, pool area and camp sites were all spotless. So many fun things to do at this campground and surrounding area. The weekend activities were so fun. Highly recommend!

Best KOA I’ve ever stayed at. The GM and her staff are great. The campground is immaculate, quiet, and located perfectly in the Smokey Mountains to head in any direction. We will be back. We should have stayed longer than a week, it was that great!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the KOA the staff was very friendly and helpful!! The sites we rented were in really great condition and shaded. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again when we visit the Gatlinburg area.

We enjoyed the spacious site and close location to the bathrooms and camp store. The service of delivering food and fire wood to the campsite was excellent. The staff was friendly. The location of the campground was too far away from the places we visited. If there is a next time for us to visit TN, we will stay closer to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

Had some trouble backing into our site but the KOA workers were helpful. The rest of our experience was great. Love the atmosphere, loved the amenities. Our 8 yr old loved the pool, playground and the camp store. We will definitely be back. Every employee there were nice and helpful. Hope to see you all again soon. Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing time camping in the Smoky Mountains! From start to finish, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The campsite itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained — you can really tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything pristine. One of the standout features for us was the convenience: they delivered ice and firewood right to our site! Best campgro

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!
