We enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time at the campground. The campground was beautiful and clean. The boys loved the game room and ice cream!

The restroom and showers were terrible dirty, staff lied and was rude! Did nothing when I asked them if they cleaned them and garbage everywhere!, They kept several showers locked up and had to constantly wait to use one. I will not recommend or ever comeback!

We absolutely loved staying at this KOA. We had a family reunion with 28 people. Honestly the only complaint we heard at all was the WiFi is not very good. Other than that it was really nice. People were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great week.

Bathrooms and laundry are clean and accessible. Campground is overall clean. The menus and especially the ice cream is fabulous! We had breakfast delivered one day. The pool and playground are nice as well.

What a great place. Out from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and only a 30 minute drive to town. The KOA is wooded with lots of tall trees. Gravel campsite with nice fire pit units. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Camp store with food and seating outside under cover. Great playground for the kids and great pool area. We are 100% satisfied with our stay. We had our annual family reunion there. It was great. RV sites were large, cabins were clean and comfortable. We plan to return next year.

Beautiful resort! Cabin was spacious, had a huge deck and a separate fire pit and seating area. Spotlessly clean and fully stocked with all the towels and linens we needed. Quiet and peaceful- will definitely stay again!!! We love all the KOA resorts!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their cheerful attitudes were appreciated! The campground was very clean, well maintained, and peaceful. Great food in the Bistro and fairly priced. The grandkids loved the pool and playground. We look forward to returning!

No surprises, just what I like. Everything was clean and in good working order. Every staff member was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. I’ll be back. This was the perfect place for a shake-down cruise in a new camper.

Not secluded. There was some sort of concert next door that just ruined the camping vibe and literally vibrated the ground. I packed up and left. Didn’t even stay the night.

We had an amazing vacation! The campground was quiet and wooded. The staff were kind and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. The pool was very nice. We would definitely return.

Jake was super nice and informative at check in. The campsite was clean and the perfect size. The only thing that was slightly annoying were the cars that were just parked at the side of the store taking up spaces for anyone to park to use the restroom/showers.

Quiet, peaceful campsite. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

It was ok.. the camp sites are crowded and the campground had was missing features advertised like the volley ball court disc gold and horse shoes. And most of the stuff in the game room was broken. The bathrooms were very clean.. the last complaint is. I bought rain insurance it rained through our whole stay and I never saw money back from the insurance.

We had a wonderful time!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jeremy helped us numerous times since it was our first time out with our rv. A young couple working at the store ga c e us great advice. The campground and amenities can't be beat. We love that it is near a Dollar General and Gatlinburg. We plan to come back in the fall.

My family stayed the whole weekend of Memorial Day and the kids loved everything about this location. The staff were wonderful very nice and an accommodating. Wonderful managers that love working for this location and they took pride in it. All their events were fun for kids and adults. The food in the kitchen was amazing especially the butter beer. Can’t wait to come back for 4th of july weeken

It's not like most KOAs close to the hwy. 25 minutes from I40. BUT, it's the best KOA or for that matter, ANY campground we've visited! All of the staff are wonderful. There are no "bad" sites. Lots of shade. Great activities for all ages. Large PawPen. Great playground and pool. On site kitchen with good food. 20 minutes to Gatlinburg, but you won't want to leave the campground it's so good!

BEAUTIFUL CAMPGROUND, NICE SITES, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADDING THE FENCE ON THE SIDE FACING THE ROAD. THAT SEEMED VERY ODD TO HAVE THAT OPEN WITHIN FEET OF THE ENTRANCE ROAD, AND SOMETHING SIMPLE FOR THE LITTLE CAMPERS TO CLIMB ON WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITION. THE EQUIPMENT WAS VERY NICE, BUT TOO BIG FOR THE SMALLEST CAMPERS THERE.

My family and I love this KOA! The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept so nice. I have stayed at other KOAs and will say that this one is by far the BEST! They had activities for the weekend which was so much fun. I would recommend this KOA to everyone! I would also like to thank the staff for all their help and such great hospitality! We are planning our next stay soon

We had a great stay. The only real negative was the loud music while we were trying to sleep. I don't think it was coming from the campground but rather another venue celebrating the holiday. Regardless that was not music I want my young children exposed to.

Its a clean, quiet campground that, while being near Cosby, is not exactly in Gatlinburg. Its about a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg. It is, however, about the same distance to Newport. That being said, if a quiet stay in the woods is what you're after, this is the place. Everyone on the campground staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the campground. The facilities were clean. Our site was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If we are able to visit Tennessee again in the future, we would definitely book our stay at this campground.

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!

Service was amazing here! Everyone was so nice! We stayed in a bigger cabin with 4 people. It worked out good, would say the bathrooms were a little small, but that's okay. Loved that there was towels, and even some dish soap! I don't have any pets, but they also had a cute pet bow for pets! The view was gorgeous. I will 100% be coming back, to explore more!
