Meet Your Hosts

Corey Wilkinson

Making memories one campfire at a time!

Corey Wilkinson has spent his whole life at a KOA campground, from growing up camping at KOAs to starting his first summer job at the Niagara Falls / Grand Island KOA Holiday in 2013. Corey spent the next few years learning all the different roles of the campground before becoming the Assistant Manager for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. He then traveled to KOAs in North Carolina and Florida before settling in Tennessee.
“Camping has always been my happy place, and KOA camping is my happiest of places,” Corey says. “I look forward to spreading that joy and comfort for families to look back on and cherish as fondly as I do.”
Corey is excited to welcome families to beautiful Eastern Tennessee at the Gatlinburg East / Great Smokies KOA Holiday. With so much to see and do in Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Corey hopes to connect travelers to the great outdoors and each other! If you do not see him during his campground strolls, you may find him hiking on one of the many trails in the Great Smoky Mountains.
