Beautiful location. Plenty of space between sites. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in the area.

This was the BEST KOA we’ve ever camped at - sites are well-spaced out, wooded options and beautifully landscaped inner sites. Excellent food options and site delivery. Kind & friendly staff!

As a novice RV park user, staying at such an upscale park was a real treat. I had a few issues and the staff were courteous and very helpful. Will definitely include a stay here in the future.

Paid $25 extra select my site for big rig friendly site 35 .Had to make a tight 180 degree tree lined turn to go down the hill to the site. Had to unhook my Jeep because my diesel pusher could not make the turn without backing up. Site is plenty long enough but not wide enough to put out my awning. Sewer connection higher than site drive. Lots of better sites in new section. Staff super nice

Really nice campground. Great staff. Only problem is the location. It's on the eastern side of the national park, making it a long drive to get to a lot of the points of interest. But a really nice KOA overall.

The Gaitlinburg East Lebanon KOA was the nicest and cleanest campground we’ve stayed in. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were top notch! Our camper doesn’t have a bathroom. One of the things we look for in a campground are bathrooms that are well kept. The privacy and care taken to keep the restrooms clean was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this campgroun

The campground was well maintain, and very clean. It is located very close to everything you would love to check out. The staff at Gatlinburg, welcome you with open arms, and make you feel very welcome. They are friendly, and a fun loving bunch. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. What an awesome campground! The layout, landscaping, and shade was exceptional. Very beautiful and right next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park ! And, staff very friendly and helpful.

Will be back for sure. Two things to note, there was low water pressure at our site. Also, not sure if it was just my site. There was a exorbitantly high amount of ants that made it harder to enjoy the outside patio (we love nature so this normally isn’t an issue but it was so bad that we had to eat inside the camper to avoid the ants). Staff are BEYOND amazing! Pool amazing. Playground amazing!

We had the best time this past week! The campground was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the amenities, especially the ease of access to the trails in the National Park! We will surely return!

Spacious and secluded sites, up against SMs, friendly staff. Well maintained. Good location but you will need a vehicle/toad to get to local activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, About 20+ mins comfortable drive each way. If you don’t want to drive, pay higher price and go to Gairlinburge/Pigeon Forge KOA

Great cookies, nice to have store and laundry near. Wish I had more time to stay for the scenery, pool, and other amenities. Weather was lousy and so was that winding road in pouring rain to get to the park. Nice people, nice site close to the restroom. Again, I wish I had more time to spend there in drier weather.

My wife and I had such a wonderful time exploring Smoky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg from our base at Gatlinburg East / Smoky Mountain KOA. The spaces are large, the bistro food is excellent, and staff was always helpful. We really appreciated the effort that the owners put into the campground and its amenities e will definitely return to continue our exploration of the Smoky Mountains!

The staff were very friendly as well as helpful. The campground is very clean as well as the restrooms. Activities for children and adults. The grandkids loved the pool and playground. I would highly recommend staying there!!

friendly, dedicated staff at every return. greeted warm upon arrival. helpful staff escorted me to campsite and helped me position my trailer on the campsite. Campground was in excellent condition and on a beautiful property. Hope to take my family there again in the future.

Only one thing, the dog park had swarms of nats. So much I couldn’t take my dog there. Don’t know what you can do but you should investigate the problem.

We enjoyed our short stay in this very nice and clean KOA. The bistro food was good and the pool was very relaxing. We enjoyed talking with the friendly staff and it was a convenient scenic ride into Gatlinburg.

Intending to tour Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas, we wanted a spot nearby but less crowded. This spot is perfect for that. And what a great campground. The lots are quite large and easy to navigate into and out of. The amenities are top notch and the all inclusive private bathrooms are next level. The staff, all of them, are always friendly and helpful. We’ll be back soon.

Outstanding KOA! Friendly staff, awesome camp store, and RV sites are pristine. We had a great experience. And most of all it was quiet from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg.

This campground as well as all the staff is beyond amazing! They have lots of activities for children and adults to do! Also they have their Swimming Pool Game room and outdoor sports for the family to enjoy! This is my husband and I go to campground as we are welcomed and we feel like we are at home! If you are ever in the area you need to check it out you won’t regret it!

By far our favorite KOA from tennessee to Illinois. Every year we come back here there are so many great upgrades. Our whole family adores this place.

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!
