We had a great stay. The only real negative was the loud music while we were trying to sleep. I don't think it was coming from the campground but rather another venue celebrating the holiday. Regardless that was not music I want my young children exposed to.

Its a clean, quiet campground that, while being near Cosby, is not exactly in Gatlinburg. Its about a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg. It is, however, about the same distance to Newport. That being said, if a quiet stay in the woods is what you're after, this is the place. Everyone on the campground staff was friendly and helpful.

the man who helped us at our campsite was great. disc golf and horseshoe pit were a joke and not functional

We had a wonderful time at the campground. The facilities were clean. Our site was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If we are able to visit Tennessee again in the future, we would definitely book our stay at this campground.

Beautiful KOA featuring an outdoor pool & large play ground for kids, plenty of space for adults, and access to Maddron Bald Trail featuring a gorgeous stream and log bridge�ϸ

We love this campground! Most places are just spots that have been leveled off with no shade at the edge of town. This campground has tons of shade with rock walls for separation between sites. Real county feeling for a great price. I’m coming back.

Nice clean campground. Quiet and beautifully nestled on the edge of the Smoky Mountains. My kids loved the playground and pool and are already asking to come back.

It’s a beautiful, well kept campground. We stayed in site 76. Quiet except for the occasional motorcycle. It’s very buggy so use insect repellent. Great pool, clean nice bathrooms & showers.

We stayed for a month. Check in was very easy and we were greeted with the southern Tennessee charm. We were very impressed with all the facilities, especially the new RV sites. Staff was helpful and cordial in every aspect of their work. We’re looking forward to coming back for a month in the fall. excellent teamwork, clean facilities, and southern charm.

It was amazing! Like staying at a 5 star hotel. The campground is beautiful with great accommodating staff. Just call and they bring it. Even filled our propane tank for us. Restrooms and laundry were clean. It’s close to Gatlinburg and the great Smokey mountains national park.it’s definitely in my top 3 places to stay! Can’t wait to come back’

A very well maintained campground!!! The sites are large and lots of large trees to give you the feel of being out in the woods camping. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and fun. We will definitely stay at this KOA again!!

This is one of Our favorite KOA’s. A beautiful mature Campground along with an awesome Staff. It is far enough away from Gatlinburg to get away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are kept very clean. Clean showers and laundry. And there is a Dollar General within a mile. I highly recommend!

Campground itself is wonderful. Well laid out, quiet, clean, spacious sites. Common facilities and store were clean and well stocked. The staff was stand-out! Someone is always on a cart, picking up trash, doing routine maintenance, or just being there - answering questions or just seeing how things are going. The staff at the KOA were great,especially Chris who was helpful in relocating our site when we arrived ,and also gave us useful info regarding sight seeing and also road directions. We would like the site to have more level sites,and be more big rig friendly,removing trees and large rocks at turns and intersections. There was ample room between sites,and the facilities were always clean.

Tried to use showers around 9:30 PM - all were locked - wondering why??? Also, that patch of "orange" "dirt" behind the picnic area is awful when it's wet, clings to your shoes like glue, maybe plant some grass there instead.

We are 1st time camper owners. We had very relaxing time at campground. All staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem when leaving with our camper and staff was there for us, helped us thru every step to resolve our camper problem and we very kind to us for our newbie mistake. We highly recommend this camp and the wonderful staff

We stayed at Gatlinburg East from 3-24 through 3-28 and found this visit to be exactly what I expected; FANTASTIC! This is one of our favorite campgrounds to stay at. Chris and his crew are among the nicest hosts and workers you will ever find. This is our third time staying at this campground and I think it just keeps getting better and better. Thank you Chris and crew for a wonderful stay!!

This campground was amazing, so well laid out and large camping areas with all of the nice chairs and tables and fire pits. The landscaping of the campground was beautiful. The people were incredibly friendly.

Gorgeous campground! Spacious, clean, well appointed sites right at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains. Amazing bathhouse and laundry. I can't say enough good things about the staff - they made our stay even more delightful than the surroundings - the nicest people we have ever met and they will be a big part of the memories we made at their campground.

Wow! Your park is breathtaking! Pride in ownership is obvious. Absolutely beautiful grounds, highly recommend. The camp hosts we're extremely accommodating and gracious as well. We will definitely be back next year!! Thank you, little things make a big difference - you deserve ten stars!

Wonderful campground. Our site was beautiful. Well maintained. Mature trees. Great service and amenities. They have a very nice restaurant that'll deliver to your site. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back. Less than 30 minutes to Gatlinburg if you want that experience as well.

Nice clean bathrooms. A bit far from Sugarland visitor center and an hour and a half from Cades Cove. Nice level sites.
