Wonderful stay! Clean rooms, great food, lots of activities for the kids, and a beautiful camp store. The invaluable staff was available to help any time we needed them. We will visit again soon.

We just wrapped up our stay at KOA Gatlinburg East / Smoky Mountains, and it was absolutely wonderful—by far the best KOA we’ve stayed at yet! The playground was fantastic, the pool was a great size, and our cabin was spotless. We especially loved the patio, which was perfect for relaxing while our dogs enjoyed the outdoors. We’ll be back!

The cabin was excellent. The only thing I would say is that we were told different answers when talking to the front desk. When we exchanged towels the 1st time we were scolded basically telling us that towels should only be exchanged every 4 or 5 days, but the 2nd time we went in after waiting a few days, they told us that no, you can come in every day. There seems to be a conflict on the topic

This is a beautiful campground, the park was clean and well maintained. The staff was very professional and family orientated. They treated you like family, we loved that they sent text messages to keep the campers informed of the hours and specials that were going on that day. We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of space. The while family loved it. Thank you Jenni and staff.

From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, what makes this place great is the people who they employee. They care about what they are doing, are willing to do whatever is needed to help you out, and keep the place in tip top shape! We were so happy with our stay that we are booking 2 cabins, 2 cottages and 2 campsites when it opens up. This place is well taken care of and top tier service.

Cabin was very nice, clean. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Food was great from camp store, and delivered right to our cabin. Very nice playground for kids to enjoy. Golf cart rental was a great way to explore the park. Will be returning in a few weeks for another stay. Thanks for everything and making our stay great.

The cabins were perfect. The campground is really pretty. I would rather stay in one of the Smokey mountain cabins in Cosby TN than a hotel while visiting Gatlinburg. The staff is very accommodating in every way.

My daughter and husband went on a 7 day road trip and needed a place to stay, we were able to booked online, that same day we asked if we can upgrade and the couple who was in charge of the KOA (forgot the names my bad) were fast, open the office even after hours just to upgrade or stay for cabin and the best part is prices were reasonable excellent customer service!! 10 stars review! coming back

Perfect break for me and the kids. Everything we needed was on site, friendly and helpful staff always available. Plenty of kids around with the huge playground and pool to keep mine entertained and only 30 min from the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

Great location! Staff is very welcoming and goes the extra mile to make things good during your stay. Communication is fun; sending out texts about activities, daily specials etc. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and have some privacy to enjoy them.

We normally stay with our rv but this time stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The cabin was in excellent condition and very clean. The entire campground was immaculate and landscaped beautifully. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We really liked that they sent out texts throughout the day on activities that were going on. The whole family enjoyed the stay and we will be back!

I would recommend outfitting the kitchen with a lfew more cooking pots and pans. When choosing a can opener, upgrade the device as opposed to using the cheapest one on the market. The one in our cabin was absolutely worthless. I would also suggest placing a wine opener in the cabins. We had to buy a can opener and a wine opener.

Great KOA, cabin was clean, tidy and well equipped. We were in a large car club group and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The personal individual shower bathrooms were the best set up I have seen in any KOA campground. Recommended 5 stars XXXXX.

Great location, easy access to Gatlinburg. The KOA store on site serves a great breakfast! Parking at the cabin and tent sites is VERY small so be aware of that when making plans.

Our family absolutely loved staying here! We have four kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The playground and game room were the best places according to our kids. The new kitchen area made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you to all the staff who were always smiling and kind. We will be back!

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will make this our campground for when we decide to come again. Our cabin was clean and everything was in cabin that we would need for a stay. However if you are a little older and short call them and speak with them regarding the cabin that is right for you.

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!

Service was amazing here! Everyone was so nice! We stayed in a bigger cabin with 4 people. It worked out good, would say the bathrooms were a little small, but that's okay. Loved that there was towels, and even some dish soap! I don't have any pets, but they also had a cute pet bow for pets! The view was gorgeous. I will 100% be coming back, to explore more!
