Awesome! Staff were amazing, very nice and helpful. The grounds were very clean and everything was in good working condition. We enjoyed the live music on Saturday evening.

Our only problem was that the 30-amp hookup would not stay upward in place on the shore pole. The 50 worked and did stay upward, but it wouldn't allow our electrical outlets in the trailer to work. We headed to Walmart to purchase a 50-to-30 reducer for the pole hookup, which allowed the 30 to engage and stay upward and everything in the trailer worked once it was connected.

The cabin was very nice and clean. It was a great location and very pretty. The people were also very friendly. My only complaint is that the firewood we purchased must have been wet because it wouldn’t light no matter how hard we tried. We tried everything including the fire starter that we purchased and weren’t able to have s’mores. Other than that everything was great and we had a great t

We had a great time at this KOA. The staff was super friendly and always there to answer or help with anything we needed. When we first got in we had an electric problem and they jumped right on it and fixed the issue.

Came in for a soccer tournament in Gatlinburg. Nice place and close to the fields with very little of the traffic of staying in Gatlinburg.

The campground was very clean and welcoming. We loved our shaded patio site with the furniture and raised fire pit. The kids loved trick-or-treating around the campground, the huge playground, and the live music. The only downside is that it is a little bit of a drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so plan accordingly if you have reservations or tickets for dinner shows.

It is an excellent campground. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The playground was excellent for our 7 year old grandson and all the people that worked there were very nice. Most KOA campgrounds are very good but this one was excellent.

Nice campground, clean. Some of the roads were a bit tight with a large rig on some of the turns to get up and down aisles. Flies were horrible while we were there but I suspect there isn't much that can be done about that, just the time of the season. Patio was nice and spacious and the landscaping was tasteful to give a little bit of a feel of privacy. Overall good campground.

Stayed 5 days very nice campground decorated for Halloween. Didn’t use bathhouse or laundry but were very handy to our site. Lots of shade and level pull through spot.

The staff are incredibly helpful. It's obvious they take pride in the appearance of the property. The sites are generous and the location is convenient to anything around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Stayed 7 nights. It’s 25 minutes from Gatlinburg, which is a good thing. Gatlinburg is crazy busy with vehicles and people. The KOA offers a nice, peaceful location.

Staff were polite and friendly, bathhouse and facilities were very clean. Staff gave updates on recent bear activity in the area. Many campers had holiday decorations so the entire campground had a very festive atmosphere. Quiet times were just that…quiet! We stayed in an RV. This place is our new “go-to”. We came in late and had a VERY HARD time getting into our site because other campers were parked on the road. Sites were also VERY SMALL. On a good note staff was very friendly. We had a problem with the water hookup and called the after hours number. The guy came to fix but brought no tools. Gave him ours and he still couldn't fix it so had us use another sites water hookup.

Our 4th stay and this place keeps getting better. Had a huge black bear visit us while sitting at our camp fire late Friday. Scarry but fun to talk about.

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!

Service was amazing here! Everyone was so nice! We stayed in a bigger cabin with 4 people. It worked out good, would say the bathrooms were a little small, but that's okay. Loved that there was towels, and even some dish soap! I don't have any pets, but they also had a cute pet bow for pets! The view was gorgeous. I will 100% be coming back, to explore more!
