Very nice layout and the sites are not crammed together. All of the facilities are well maintained and clean! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to whatever you may need. With a good location to outdoor activities and to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge everyone will be happy.

Perfect break for me and the kids. Everything we needed was on site, friendly and helpful staff always available. Plenty of kids around with the huge playground and pool to keep mine entertained and only 30 min from the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

It was great. They had a restaurant on site with the store and they would deliver anything you needed right to your site. I had one of their breakfast sandwiches. It was great. It was nice to have trees around each side and also there is plenty of space in between campers.

Beautiful sites. Well maintained. The dog park was a little muddy but considering all the rain in the area lately there was really nothing that could be done.

Love this campground and the staff. They are always striving to exceed your expectations and they didn’t disappoint. Lots of exciting upgrades this time with the addition of an on site cafe, live entertainment, new fire pits game room and quality items in the camp store!!! Always a great time, always extend our stay, we will be back for more good times!

Everything was perfect. We will be staying again in the future & recommending to friends & family! Shower facilities are so clean, camp store is amazing & they even have a kitchen! We also enjoyed the live entertainment Easter Eve! The sites are not paved but the rock is easy to manage & doesnt follow you into your camper! We had a large concrete patio with huge firepit & lots of seating.

Great location! Staff is very welcoming and goes the extra mile to make things good during your stay. Communication is fun; sending out texts about activities, daily specials etc. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and have some privacy to enjoy them.

Really awesome place, staff were amazing, super helpful and nice. Grounds are beautiful and off the road enough you won't hear anything. Good distance away from downtown so you won't get the hustle and bustle traffic. Wish we could stay longer, will come back!

We normally stay with our rv but this time stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The cabin was in excellent condition and very clean. The entire campground was immaculate and landscaped beautifully. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We really liked that they sent out texts throughout the day on activities that were going on. The whole family enjoyed the stay and we will be back!

Park is beautiful but it's all ruined by the attitude and manipulation of the manager Jenny. She'll invent problems then try to "fix" them by offering usless suggestions then emotionally try to manipulate you by when this is pointed out. Shell insult you She uses the same script and manipulative tactics with others then threaten you. Rules don't apply to everyone, she choses who get what rules.

Very well-maintained campground, friendly and helpful staff. This KOA has a well-stocked camp store, and we liked having a food service option. Our Deluxe Cabin was wonderful and had everything we needed our visit.

Our stay at East Gatlinburg KOA was exceptional. From the warm welcome and assistance in getting set up after a long day driving to the extraordinary efforts by Jordan and Joe to help provide a couple of items we forgot, the KOA team made our stay outstanding. The grounds are very clean and the location is perfect. If only the weather had been a bit more cooperative…

The staff was pleasant. The campground was clean and well maintained. Even though the pool was not open it was not drained or covered so it was unsightly. Our site was next to a public access dirt road so we had to endure traffic including locals in an old beat up Jeep without doors (or a muffler). When we ignored them they decided to yell at us. They might consider a privacy fence for sites67

I would recommend outfitting the kitchen with a lfew more cooking pots and pans. When choosing a can opener, upgrade the device as opposed to using the cheapest one on the market. The one in our cabin was absolutely worthless. I would also suggest placing a wine opener in the cabins. We had to buy a can opener and a wine opener.

Great KOA, cabin was clean, tidy and well equipped. We were in a large car club group and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The personal individual shower bathrooms were the best set up I have seen in any KOA campground. Recommended 5 stars XXXXX.

Staff was fantastic, from booking to check-out they were to see us, extremely helpful, and eager to please. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. I definitely look forward to booking here again.

By far our favorite KOA from tennessee to Illinois. Every year we come back here there are so many great upgrades. Our whole family adores this place.

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!
