We had a small problem with are checking out date as we booked a day to long we went to front desk 2days before we wanted to check out and ask for refund was told no when we ask for manager she also said no we went a second day was told same thing buy same employee on the day we checked out we went in to office seen someone else and they got the manager and she was great help us out give us refund

Absolutely amazing! The staff is awesome, kind and friendly, the amenities are perfect, the surroundings are beautiful, the bathrooms were the cleanest we have ever seen in a campground...It was just perfect, GRACIAS, we loved everything!!!

We were there three nights, mostly to see Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park, and do some hiking. The RV park was a little further from town than some other parks, but was beaufiful, well taken care of, and the hospitality was off the chart! We had everything we needed. Thanks!

Everyone was helpful and welcoming. There were lots of activities, the staff checked to be sure we had what we needed. Most importantly, the entire campground was immaculately clean. The wooded sites had nice shade, and provided fun firefly viewing in the evening. We would definitely return. One of the top KOA’s we have ever visited.

Beautifully landscaped large sites large dog park The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of activities if you want to participate. My space backed onto the forest on 2 sides very peaceful. Pool is beautiful and refreshing The firefly activity the night before I left was like being in a Fairy land Very special wildlife due to beig backed up to smoky mtn NP I will be back!

It was a great place to stay. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. Very clean and efficient. I really liked the text messages keeping us informed about the daily activities. We will be back.

Checked in online but when we arrived the manager decided that we needed to move to a bigger site since we were towing and did not plan on unhooking. After a little wait to see what was available we were moved to a better location and offered a free pizza for our delays. Manager and staff were awesome - nice park, we plan to come back and stay a few days with them.

Beautiful well maintained campground! My wife and I had a great stay at your KOA! It started when we booked to the day we departed. Every employee greeted us with enthusiasm, an willingness to assist. Site 132 although spacious, sloped of quickly from the RV, so the area for the picnic table and fire pit were not level. We will come back!

What a spectacular campground! Away from the hustle bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close enough to take a drive to either if you want to. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The campstore and cafe are a nice surprise-delicious breakfast and lunch options delivered to your site! But most impressive is the staff and management-TOP NOTCH people. This is my new favorite campground!

Very friendly accommodating, a big shout out to Deanna who helped me from the start on the phone and got us in a couple days early, on a Holiday weekend ,also a shout out to Wes who helped us Park in our camp spot with ease. This KOA is kept clean with great laundry and bathrooms, again the staff was very accommodating. All you had to do was call and they would deliver ice or

My husband and I have visited a lot of campgrounds since he retired in 2018 and this is by far the best campground we have ever been to. For starters, the management and staff here are top notch—the most friendly and kind people you would ever want to meet. Secondly, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Such a peaceful and relaxing place. Lastly, great food at the cafe!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. It is less crowded than the KOA in Pigeon Forge. Also it's very clean.

Stayed 3 days. Had our 8 year old granddaughter with us. The campground had several functions for her to participate in. She had a blast. The campground staff are next to none. Best staff so far at any KOA we have been. Got kids with you, this is the place. Very clean, neat, and well stocked KOA.

This is no sardine can commercial campground. The terrain is hilly, but the sites are level. There is enough spacing between sites and enough trees to give a state park feel. The newer section that opened in 2023 is a little more sterile but was still not too compact. The staff was super friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for a place to camp to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains…this is it! The employees here are so helpful and nice. Bathrooms are clean and the store even has a Bistro if you don’t feel like cooking. I definitely will stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional campground with beautiful manicured campsites. Lots of activities over memorial day weekend. Ice cream social and a golf cart parade was my favorite. Highly recommend. Very family friendly!!

First the staff was amazing friendly helpful. The campground was clean and very well maintained. The sites were very nice and varied a lot this let's you select exactly what kind of site you like. The store was well stocked clean the restaurant food was great (we had pizza). Looking forward to going back.

We've stayed at this campground once before and loved it. I called today to check availability for another stay and then called back to book the reservation. I spoke with Chris and Charlie and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit in October.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it did not disappoint. We were supposed to stay on Tent Site 4 and when we got there we asked if we could switch and stayed at tent Site 02. As there was immediate parking right off the campsite rather than walking a longer path to Tent Site 4. The bear box provided was big enough for all of our stuff. We must have timed our vacation just right as the campground wasn't completely full - which was super nice! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. Saturday night we noticed you could hear a wedding across the mountain, so we asked what time they typically go to and he wasn't sure. Looked up the venue and weddings typically go to 10 o'clock at night but could go longer if they purchased additional hours - so just an FYI. Luckily the wedding was done at 10 as it was pretty loud. As everything echoes! It is on a busy highway to which people drive by with loud vehicles at all times of the night. The campground was very well maintained. The pool and park were a huge hit for our kids! The game room was also fun! The foosball table could be replaced as it was falling apart. They have food on-site that you can order, ice, firewood $10 and they will deliver to your site. To no fault of KOA there are no lifeguards and people just let their kids go to the pool by themselves. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a shower and toilet -wish there were a little bigger ones as they were a little tight with trying to shower kids and myself. The bathrooms also looked like black mold was on the ceiling. Otherwise they were clean except some where there were some disrespectful campers and not cleaning up after themselves(beard shavings so hair was literally all over the sink) to which no fault to KOA. Everyone abided by the quiet hours which was a relief! The last night was our worst night where we had some disrespectful campers - one who let their dog sit out of their camper and just bark till 10:45-11 (again no fault to KOA) . Then apparently KOA lets people book last minute, we had a neighbor pull in around 11:15 set up camp and stay up talking till 12:30. We will be staying at a KOA again, thank you for having us!

Service was amazing here! Everyone was so nice! We stayed in a bigger cabin with 4 people. It worked out good, would say the bathrooms were a little small, but that's okay. Loved that there was towels, and even some dish soap! I don't have any pets, but they also had a cute pet bow for pets! The view was gorgeous. I will 100% be coming back, to explore more!
