Propane is available for purchase during regular business hours.

Your four-legged family members are welcome at Fredericksburg KOA Resort - as long as they are not aggressive, are on a leash at all times, and are cleaned up after with waste disposed of properly. Fido will enjoy our Kamp K9® Dog Park, where dogs can run, jump and play in a secure fenced in area. The area includes seating for you and bags for clean up. KOA Pet Policy

This service enables you to choose your individual site, or two or more sites together. When making reservations, guests can "Select My Site" by speaking to one of our guest service representatives. Requests should be made at time of reservation or as early as possible. All requests are subject to availability and are only guaranteed when a guest service representative has added it to your reservation.  To ensure the best camping experience possible for you, management reserves the right to make any necessary changes. (eg. flooded sites due to heavy rain or unexpected damage to site).

Generator use is not allowed anywhere within the campground unless explicit prior permission has been granted by campground management or its use is necessary during an emergency. This policy helps ensure a safe, quiet, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Any unauthorized generator use may result in enforcement action at the discretion of management.

Connecting with nature and wildlife.  Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground.  Be alert and give them distance and respect.  Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies.    
Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Bagged trash must be placed at the end of your campsite for pickup by 11:00 a.m. daily. To help keep the campground clean and reduce wildlife activity, please do not leave trash, food, or other attractants outside overnight.

Arriving late? Not to worry! Your name will be clearly posted on a site map at the Registration building. Just find your site, settle in for a restful night and stop by and see us in the morning.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:
RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
