INTRO MONTHLY RATE!
For stays between September 2026 and April 2027, we are offering an introductory monthly rate of $899 per month plus electric for select RV site types in the North section of the resort.
This includes 50/30 amp back-in full hookup sites and 50/30 amp pull-thru full hookup sites. Availability is limited and rates are subject to change.
Pet-friendly monthly stays
Pets are welcome at our RV sites, so you can bring your furry companions along for your extended stay.
Monthly RV sites
Monthly RV sites are located in a designated area of the resort. Our team will help you select the best site option based on your rig, your length of stay, and availability during the reservation process.Please note that monthly and extended stay reservations apply to RV sites. Cabins and tent sites are not included in monthly stays.
A comfortable home base with resort amenities
During a monthly stay, you can enjoy the comforts and conveniences that make day-to-day life on the road easier. Stay connected with AccessParks Wi-Fi, take care of everyday needs at the camp store, and make time for relaxing and recreation right at the resort.
The Ice House is the heart of the resort and includes the cafe and bar inside. It is also home to the family pool area with a pool, lazy river, splash pad, and hot tub. If you are looking for a quieter space, The Veranda offers an adult pool area with hot tubs located behind the building. You can also pick up rentals like golf carts, bikes, and pool tubes at The Outpost, and enjoy a peaceful walk on the trail that loops around the edge of the property through mature trees.
For daily essentials, the Registration Building includes check-in and a fully stocked camp store. Additional conveniences include restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, propane, EV charging, and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the campground.

One of the best parts of an extended stay is having time to experience Fredericksburg at your own pace. Visit Hill Country wineries and tasting rooms, explore Main Street shopping and local dining, and enjoy seasonal festivals like Oktoberfest and holiday celebrations.
